If he punch into ground, then that's combo - Scar may be hard hitting, but he's actually really simple to kill: dodge his dual slash amd his dash slash. There are few breather moment for ur dps to kick his ass: when Scar broke his shield and when he coughs.
Mind you that Jinshi C1 give her 80% skill damage bonus which make her drangon beam 40% more powerful while Chabgli C1 onky make her attack less interuptable by enemies.
I was trying to build pity during jinhsi's banner and got her c1 on my first 10 pull and she's nasty at bare minimum investment at lvl70 with maxed echoes she deals 90k on her skill even when her bar is at 50%. I got changli with her weapon tho which is also really nice but don't have the materials to build her yet
I pulled for Jinhsi got S1R1 and attempt to get her S2 atleast but lost to encore, I was planning to get changli but saw this, I think I would save for zezhi now haha

Already have Jiyan for other dps so i will waiting for other dps in next banner, honestly i feel bad for changli bcs i think she need some damage scale increase to compete with other main dps, very high mechanic gameplay but the damage is flat, oh and this is not my first video i saw changli gameplay, showcase or guide (S0R1)
Wait until they release a new powerful dps that outdamage’s Jinhsi, at least Changli will have support capabilities and can always be slotted as a secondary quick swap dps for fusion teams just like Yinlin is for Electro.
if u have s1r1 jinhsi she will do x2 more dmg but changli isnt meant for big numbers only if u like to do a lot of quick swap and u like the animation, if u want something simple with big numbers then stay with jinhsi if u like more complexity and fast paced fights then u can try to pull for her if not save for the painter girl
Lol not, Jinshi still wrecked, her DPS is slightly higher than Changli...only advantage of Changli is that, she can be solo, unlike Jinshi, she needs a party to fully maximize her dmg

Her damage is solid , it's just not main DPS lvl that's why I prefer playing her as Sub DPS with Encore
