I'm an american who has been living in Xiamen for over a decade. While (like you mentioned) it would be the second largest city in America, it is virtually unknown outside of China, which is a shame, so thanks for spreading a little light on this fabulous city. .

I spent about a year in China. Gulangyu is the best spot I ever visited. I went there a few times and it was amazing. Not a single vehicle disturbs pedestrians. There's none on the island as far as I remember. And you can see many beautiful young women with nice clothes on too. The only setback is the color of seawater. Dark! No snorkeling is possible there. Otherwise, it looks like a pedestrian paradise. I strongly recommend you guys pay a visit to it 🎉

The "qilou" style I have seen it traveling in Southeast Asia, particularly in Singapore, Vietnam and Cebu City in Philippines.

Lovely video, lovely locations very touristic. Wishing you everybody get involved in Summer holidays camps for schools and students, sports competitions are a lot of fun. Nautic sports or even urban decorations on water. Cups, Trophees, rewards are always helpfull. When I was a school girl I loved to compete any kind of contest only for winning another book😂😂😂😅 yeah, childhood memories. Gastronomic exhibitions are once again very welcomed, in the end it's a reason to enjoy a dinner with all comunity guests or visitors. TV talent shows are the best Summer holidays fun, no matter singing dancing or any kind of fantasy, a reason to socialize and share emotions together. Now more than ever, tourism can be used to let them crowded cities go empty enjoying fresh air and relax, schools and kids our there in the countryside and villages, far away from pollution and crowded urban traffic. Creative projects are always a great fun, working on movies, grafic novels or cartoons, theater shows or just cabaret, anything but do not burn fuels and ...not only in China, all over the world people must change lifestyle. Near my home there's a dam about to collapse ...next week they say, heavy rains will turn back to ...scare us to death😢😢we all are in big trouble friends 😢😢😢
