Eventually I'm going to attempt a very easy Speed Run of the entire game just for the sake of seeing how fast I could get through it I'm not doing any fancy Big Boss requirements or nothing just straight running through the game and see what happens
@@xxJoeDog93xx I wonder if it can be used as a sequence break, since the game is probably coded to have the voice over for the bit before ray play when you go through the door, why bother fighting olga if it saves 5 mins - an all bosses run glitch less no, but any% is maybe on the table
@thelionzmusic if you don't have the USP, Otacon will call you on the Codec and tell you to find a gun. I tried it. You can get there normally through the engine room without even going upstairs. So they took into account what happens if you do it.
@xxJoeDog93xx what is the actually thinkg your doing in the video when you throw the clip. Are you looking to the right as you throw it and then letting go of first person.
@scunny I have a tutorial video on my channel you can play in slow motion or you can TH-cam Prozac skip tutorial. you equip the empty magazine, press against the door go into first person while holding the joystick to the right. after you start turning release the empty magazine and you'll extend snake's hit box and warp him through the door
@scunny that's why in the speed run you see me use my usp ammo after the Olga boss fight or in the beginning of the game try not to tactical reload the m9 so that yiu have to manually reload and get the magazine

DUDE WHAT - the engine room skip is nuts.
They call it the prozac skip. I guess it's not a very old glitch I think it was only recently discovered

I collected all the dog tags in the game period. I think at one point when I'm switching items, you should see I have the stealth camo and bandana.
What do you press to skip the codec calls so fast?
on the PlayStation it is triangle on Xbox it is Y and on PC I have no clue I don't play PC, sorry.

@scunny you can always boot up a new game on very easy and test that out but to my knowledge this particular door has to be this way
