Hi, I purchased my first Erhu in 2018 from amazon to see if I could play it. It took me 1 year to figure out how it worked and I watched hundreds of videos on the Erhu. You have done a superb job on your "learning the Erhu Series". I still only play in C scale since I play mostly American songs and I did learn to play Amazing Grace in G. My challenge this year is how to slide, a couple of things that I've learn is the horse neighing and some bird sounds (sort of). I did learn that I have to let up on the pressure when sliding up or down, but I still get the wooop< wooop> sound and it doesn't flow at all, even though I play American songs there seem to be a lot of places to incorporate the sliding technique. I did purchase a more professional Erhu Last year with real snake skin.
