I'm finding your recipes super helpful! I just wanted to ask - you seem to use cheese quite often in your recipes but I thought we had to avoid it as part of low fodmap? Also the garlic bread! Are you able to have garlic?

The veggie sausage toad in the hole looked sooooo good! I had no idea tapioca starch would rise so much! Ill need that recipe LOL :) I really enjoyed watching this video and I would LOVE to see more vegetarian/vegan recipes. Thanks Becky. Hope you and Mark are doing well.
Yummy. I mix Tapioca and Cornflour together really well for a flour mix. And sometimes a spoon of rice flour added. Did you find the 100% Tapioca a bit on the "rubbery-side"?

My girl has ibs but I'm aztec so the only foods I know how to make really upset her stomach so I love these videos very helpful
