    This is so cool. I used to print 8x10 photos at walmart, apply them to adhesive magnetic sheets and cut them all out by hand. That method took so much time and effort. I definitely want to try this method.

    Is the dip point blade is the black blade is needed to people who have the knife blade are these 2 for different applications!? if so i will order one since i got almost all of them but i thought the dip point is for the cricut models that don't have the knife blade.

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are two completely different applications. Fine point is what was with your machine. Deep point goes a little deeper and can be used with all machines. Knife blade goes really deep and is only used with the Maker.

    Hi! Love this.. I was trying to do my vinyl sticker paper on the magnet and when I do the cut for some reason it’s shifting.. I saw how you were not worried about lining yours up but mine didn’t cut exactly where my picture was. Any idea why?

    • @AngieHolden
      @AngieHolden  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      A few things - if your sticker paper is shiny that will throw off the sensors. Cover the black lines with matte tape. Second you can calibrate print then cut and get it more accurate.

    Angie, question for you. Do you think the blade you used here would cut thru thin cork adhesive that you line the bottom of coasters? Right now I have to attach them, then cut with exacto knife around the wooden 4” coasters. I think it would look nicer if these could be cut ahead of time and then attached. Just thought I would pick your brain. Thanks.

      I don't think it will work as you do need to cut pretty deep.

      @@AngieHolden really didn't think you could but like I said being devil's advocate for someone that was afraid/bashful to ask.

    Why does it look like you were able to print then cut a full sheet?

    • @AngieHolden

      I made it the maximum size which is 6.75 x 9.25 inches. This is what it looks like when you print the maximum size.

      I don't think these would hold up in the weather! I am not sure what type of material they use for that.

    I what I did was stick my vinyl paper into the magnet and cut together and it works fine.

      @AngieHolden  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yep I did that on the last method.

      @@AngieHolden yes I saw that.. replied too fast. Lol but If I have a detailed to cut maybe I’ll try the other method so it won’t lose any details. Thanks again! Loved your videos 😀
