    1. They walk alone. 2. They walk faster than the average person. 3. Strong personal boundaries. 4. They avoid the spotlight. 5. Extremely focused. 6. Unconventional routines. 7. Prefer listening instead of speaking. 8. Selective about social engagements.

Fortunately my wife realized this about me years ago and had no problem with it at all. I would still go to the get togethers with her friends in the community despite not wanting to be there however those people seemed to enjoy having a person that didn't talk much and just listened to them. My wife made a comment years ago "If we were to ever get a divorce, you would be perfectly happy living in a small camper in the woods with nothing but a guitar and books", I had to agree. Relationships are fine with Sigma males if the woman understands what she is getting into and she understands that one of my favorite pastimes is to sit in a leather recliner at night in the dark living room listening to music, so she purchased a $1,200 set of SHURE headphones for me.

Every day i walk across town to work [about 40 minutes] and i walk home from work. Nobody i work with understands this because they all drive, so they think i'm weird because i walk. And i have been approached by strangers saying how fast i walk, but to me it's just my normal pace. I'm not walking fast, they're walking slow. I do have an unbreakable focus and i concentrate intensely on the task before me, but i do keep all my senses 'turned on', and i am aware of everything that is going on around me while i am focused. I hear every little sound but that still doesn't distract me from my task. And when i am walking, i observe all my surroundings. And even when i'm interrupted, when i am able to get back to my task, i can usually jump right in where i left off and refocus immediately.

I'd mow on a rideon maybe 7.5- 10 acres per week just for that alone time. Was a no brain activity where I spent my "me time" whilst keeping things pristine. 😅

I too am always 'accused' of walking allegedly 'too fast' (for others, to keep pace), when that's just my regular pace to walk.
I'd sometimes rush from point to point - Some even said, I'd kick my forerunner in the heels from behind when getting upstairs together.
It's not me, it's _them_ *not* walking, but rather just saunter or stroll around, wasting time - To no surprise, I dislike wasting time just go slow.

Of all the insights on this channel that are seriously spot on....The one that to laugh about is the walking speed. It's not the distance...it's the duration I just hate how long it takes. So I walk fast....but I'm not bored. There is so much to be done inside my head....I would rather walk alone than with someone so I can get things done.

Yes to all of them except walking fast. I am in my mid 70's and I am no longer in a hurry to get anywhere...those days are long gone. As far as focusing yeah I can focus and do meditation and deep introspection alternately at the same time even while doing other things like cooking. It does get in the way when I am trying to learn or improve a new skill like playing billiards. That is the skill I am currently working on mastering and that is to turn off the focus for short times and turn it back on as needed. I am always looking to improve myself in a caring way. I am a Sigma and an INTJ that is working hard on becoming an ENTJ. I would say I am more than half way there. I have no problems with public speaking or sharing my knowledge with passion. It is hard because I find most people so boring and oblivious to the world around them and even though I know it is in my best interest to be extroverted too there just isn't much motivation. But my focus is my focus so onward I march.

7 out of 8 are correct.
however Listening is part of selective firends groups
when i feel comfortable i can talk alot because it's sharing my vision of my world which is vastly more broad.
A lot of chaos and i can't focus but just the right amount of chaos i can push some really foundational changes but it's cause effect and cost.
If you wanna avoid the spotlight you can't make splashes cos you atract the sharks in this world who gravidate to the energy because i think in my case they see the apperance and energy don't match and think they can just absorb or parasite in.
i would of put out side of he box thinking there but not every one who called them self a loaner/sigma are gonna be doing that. think the trauma of having such a wide field of events and reliving the past to explain the mirroring events and trauma that cause PTSD lock ups

Tend to agree with that one indeed. First realized that I am an INFJ some 15 years ago. Regularly check-in just to see if anything, or I, have changed. Other than occassionally scoring as an INTJ, in the frequence of 10-1, I am pretty much convinced it may stay that way thru the whole of my life.
I have read research papers that have studied if one may change personality in a more significant way, but results have showed thus far that; Yes, we can change to some extent, but rarely more than about 25% overall. And the 2 parameters that are most frequent in determining any significant change in our personality are spiritual growth (included beliefs) and/or a new partner (intimate relationship). But as mentioned rarely do we change more than 25%.

Fast walk… I run… it’s more efficient and doubles as cardio. Time is short and I have things to do.
Listening is more efficient as well. Chiming in all the time only increases the total conversation length and creates the possibility of tangents. Id rather let you go without interruption so to give you one succinct response to end the conversation. And if I disagree I’ll keep my mouth shut if I know you’re too dense to take advice; can’t argue with a box of rocks. Then I can go back to being in my own head working on my problems. Small talk is absolute torture. I don’t care about fluff, even if you’re a beautiful woman. All I think about is how to get out of listening to it. Talk about things that matter not your feelings; suck it up.
I can see the motives behind your actions. After all, everything is done with intent and motive. Don’t butter me up because I know you want something from me and I’d rather you ask straight up for it. Don’t waste my time with shallow compliments.
If I take the time to listen to your crap then know that I really like you, and that’s rare. Don’t take me for granted.
I never do things for others expecting reciprocal favors. I do it because it makes me feel human.
I love animals; the dynamic of the bond is raw and simplistic. There’s no hidden agenda with animals only mutual benefit.
I’m an INTJ personality who happens to be ‘Virgo’ born in the year of the rat.

Joiners have power of the group, but i feel this adds a high risk of corruption to accept and give favors. It also can make you support groups that you may not agree with their ideals. I call them soldiers, for example many support democratic part right or wrong.
I am some where in between, i can work as part of team, but when task is over i drop association. I do speak much, especially if there is no strong leader or path forward. I speak too much, try to help others but i need to be more quiet

I divorced in 85. I remained single till 2015. I enjoyed living alone. No one to answer to. My time and my money were mine alone. It would be my choice when and who I would interact with. I had activities that kept me busy and I had friends to do things with. I played tennis 2 or 3 hours a day 5 times a week. In the later afternoons I would go yo the park to walk. In 2015 I decided to find a woman to grow old with. Life has been good.

Here's an explaination to our need of loneliness you don't talk about : we are energy providers to others. Some people can suck out energy from people around them. We're the exact opposite of that. We provide energy to others.
We, as positive people, authentic listeners, have a positive effect on others : we tend to charge their batteries. Whereas we tend to charge our own batteries being alone. It's generally a trait found in introversion. And that's why we need being alone. It's an energy matter.

Those boasting that they are Sigma's should look at your end list of videos, with titles like 'Why Sigmas Are So Robotic' and 'Why People Hate Sigmas' and 'The Big Downside of Being a Sigma' (though Alphas have as many flaws, just different). All this is secondary, however, to being enlightened".

Sigma male here. We are not "weak." One reason why I avoid most people, and their disgusting behavior. I once told a guy, is it too much to ask to be a decent human being? He just started making more noise. Proving our point.

These days everyone has to be put into some kind of category. It could be Gen Z, Gen X, Alpha male, CIS Female, and on and on. Sigma male is just another one of these. Although a few males may tick the boxes of what you call 'Sigma' male traits, a lot men have some of these traits but not all. Most people are complicated, and dont fit into a stereotype or simple category. A lot of the traits you describe could actually apply to men, on the autistic spectrum.

Sigma do not just listen to you verbally. They also observe your tone, speed, body stance, clothing, hair, facial movements, hand and arm movement… even before you speak, they already scan and guage the room and the people a distance from them…

Even though a sigma male may appear unique; he cannot defeat an entire army by himself. He needs other men to work along in order for him to achieve his goals. Nevertheless, in doing so a sigma male always tries to be genuine and friendly due to the fact that he hates hypocrisy. At the same time, he's very selective on whom he lets in his life, for he knows that some pretend to be nice, but at the slightest chance they may stab him in the back. A true sigma man is always aware of true people's intentions due to the fact that he's very observant and pays attention to details that not even a single person realizes.
