You had 2 domesctics for your kids in Nigeria and you also travelled in Business class from Lagos to Toronto so fly tickets probably costed you a minimum of 20 000$ CAD (11,5 millions Nairas) for the whole family, So I assume you and your husband are very RICH people! 🙂 That's the kind of African immigrants Canada like. To answer your questions- please register your Business, it doesn't matter if it is one day old, you will qualify so far your chosen business is in line with the job qualification they are asking for
You need all registered documents with CAC, TAX Documents (FIRS, LIRS), reference letters from suppliers of people you have done business with and or any other supporting documents

No. Kids do not do Biometrics. I think it applies to children above the age of 14
It's too cold and wet in Canada with little sun. Extremely cold infact. I wouldn't go there at all. Still I wish you and your family all the best. Take care.
