@@poppin2296 How useful is that comment lol? You think people see this and will stop ordering now 😅 You know what - without saying your comment becomes irrelevant. What’s the big fvcking secret lol!?
I learned about this when it was still in stealth, I was baffled that it even got funded, but to be fair the Lore name goes a long way given his track record
There isn’t one set price, it depends on what kind of food you order! The delivery fee is hidden in the cost of the food price so it’s not exactly clear how much it costs
I don't see how this competes with UberEats/DoorDash since those deliver for 3rd party restaurants, while Wonder delivers only for thier own food, and since the food is made in thier delivery vans, they're essentialy a food truck and catering service
Uber Eats is going down the drain. Late food, cold, food soggy, turning up demanding a "pin" number before handing over the food. Too expensive. Feeling like deleting the app.
Yep, they are definitely more focused on making money now and it’s causing the users to suffer. It will be interesting to see if Wonder will be a better alternative with their business model.
@@RaisedMedia Ended up arguing with the driver in my own front drive on my premises knowing I had paid for the food. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing, someone not handing over something I had paid for. They need to talk to their partners i.e. Mcdonalds and ask them why they keep missing things from peoples order. I like the good old fashioned way of ringing up the curry house on the phone, paying over the phone and then having it turn up on time. No longer Uber for me. Their fees are pricing them out for me. I saved £7 by just going to the restaurant to collect it. That £7 adds up
Listen here. I worked at Wonders in Cranford NJ. The dishwasher is always breaking. They wash the dishes with cold water and the dishes aren’t getting cleaned properly. The dishes and food fall on the ground and floors all of the time. Someone is gonna get very sick eating from here. They closed down a couple of sites.
Well the idea is that they are partially prepared first at a central kitchen. So most meals should only take around 5-10 minutes to cook outside your door. There is no delivery time, so technically it’s significantly faster than any other option
I am a Realtor in this area and the wonder trucks are everywhere here. I was wondering what it was. Thanks for sharing!
I was hoping someone would comment this! I’ve heard the trucks have become a common sight. Thank you for contributing your local knowledge.
I was a driver there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating from there. I know things.

I was a driver here and wouldn’t feed this food to my dog.
I doubt this will see an audience outside a niche group of people who feel too good for normal fast food.
I agree! I think there isn't enough value add to warrant the steep prices.
oh. very new channel. And i watched two videos already! so, have a sub and good luck!
Thank you!
Could you tell me how expensive it is? Why hide the prices.

Price is very similar to traditional restaurant to be honest
@@IslandZer0 Wow thank you for commenting. That's really cool!
Failed premise. Production on trucks has been halted and shut down
Haha yeah, not surprising it failed.
They changed the business model to high density restaurants. Starting in NY.

Interesting new idea
Interesting for sure!

I’ve had the same experience! Completely agree with everything you said

@@meekashabazz6135 Wow thank you for sharing your unique experience. That sounds disgusting. How disappointing!
If they have to cool outside your door it's gonna take too long

Low cost?its actually the opposite
