Excellent video Robert. Love what you’re putting out. As someone who works in Marketing, I’d encourage 1) make your music in the video, does not obstruct your voice and 2) when showing properties, do not highlight your other videos by overshadowing your recording: it becomes an obstacle because the focus in the moment is the property that you’re showing, 3) and lastly, be sure to erase the outside sounds from your recordings: they tend to drown out your voice. It might be helpful to present the other videos in the closing of your presentation. I hope this helps…keep up the great work. You’ve inspired me to visit Parrish on my next Florida visit.
