I brough a 39vhp couple of months ago and they fixed that crystal problem. By running a wire from the crystal to nearest can with copper covered. So the crystal isn't a issues any more. Just let you know. Besides that this radio is a talker and receiver is spot on for sure. Love my 39vhp.
How is the temperature sensor reading for that driver? I think without copper cover is not because of QA, is because after using copper cover, material cost will increase, the design is unnecessary to fix with copper cover. May be also for the convenience of the plagiarist.
That could be true, but getting the information and service instructions for the radios is becoming a big problem and without that it's all just speculation.
