Anybody notice how much more motivating background NOISE is when compared to background MUSIC? Like, if I turn on music, it's so distracting because I'm either skipping the track, searching for the right track, or dancing/singing along. Plus there's usually ads and/or pauses between. The noise you just turn on, and there's no interruption. Just me?
Music works great when you have to do something boring that you can do without paying much attention. When you have to study music does not work. It is a shame because I love music, but unfortunately I cannot learn anything with it.
After developing panic disorder due to a road traffic accident. My therapist told me to start listening to busy traffic sounds to help as part of recovery. And honestly it helped in some ways. This makes me want to get back out there and enjoy the busy world we live in.

my boyfriend & i broke up recently. we went to peru together & when we slept at this hotel, this is what we’d hear outside the window. i’m laying with my eyes closed wishing i was back in that moment. i miss him.

I dont like noisy city sound But this vedio is very useful because I live in such an area where environment becomes very silent earlier at night. So I tend to fall asleep earlier. That doesnt let me study. But now I use this sound.It keeps my nerve awake.

I love falling asleep to this. When I was little we lived on a busy street, I would fall asleep every night to similar sounds. So soothing.
