Right! With my new apartment Moving self employed, I had to put down 3 months rent which I already planned to pay up to 6 months upfront to have some cushion until I start back working.
We moved here 4 months ago and things are doing great, we saved enough before moving here and now we’re waiting for our house to be built, I don’t gamble not a party person, but I do love the long drives to different states.

Henderson is really nice but just like summerlin everything are priced up, lot houses etc, you can save a lot of money if you stay around southwest of vegas cheaper houses but not getto.

Yup. We're all hitting the jackpot. With that, it's CROWDED and accidents are all over the place. Houses are just feet apart from each other. It sucks.
I feel like you’re super against marijuana. Cause you mention it quite a bit in your videos. Marijuana doesn’t ruin peoples lives or slow you down. Who you are and what you’re chasing does. If the high doesn’t work for you. You’re going to chase something more if you’re naturally lazy you’re goin to be even more lazy smoking. But I do agree if you have an addictive personality all around vegas is not ever finna work out too much temptation everywhere you look
henderson reminds me of a non liberal orange county thats why im moving here. have no desire to even drive down the strip. my concern is, how is henderson and las vegas in terms of crossing eachothers lifestyles? i dont want to deal with the craziness that comes with vegas i want it to be peaceful.
