Realistically, Steven would handle Jack Horner the same way the Cricket did. He would try to reason with the guy, then just give up. People forget that Steven often gets lucky, most of the enemies he faces are redeemable or victims in some way or another. Even the diamonds had baggage
And then u realized that Steven isn't ur typical human, he's a half gem 2. Plus did u even watched Steven universe future? Teen Steven is more fighting than reasoning there. Also, he has shield to protect against light itself + add spike walls and it's over.
That's only if he's left with no other option. But, if there was an option to have him captured so he can face justice for his crimes then Steven would definitely take it!
Everyone says that Steven will try to find the best in Jack. Meanwhile off in the distance, we can hear Stevens psychotic, unhinged laughing as he watches jack get reduced to a meatball.
Little Jack Horner Sat in the corner, Eating his Christmas pie; He put in his thumb, And pulled out a plum, And said, "What a good boy am I!" More like what a awesome evil villain he is! ❤
I want to see the Metal Gear Rising meme with Steven punching Jack Horner. “You’re not greedy. You’re INSANE!” “Oh! OH! What took you so long? IDIOT!” “Why won’t you CHANGE?!” “MAGIC, son!”
Their names are literally Jack (Raiden) and Steven (Armstrong) and Steven's main ability pre-Future is to summon a shield or bubble. I think the other way around is a lot more likely.
I keep saying/thinking when people bring up the Diamonds with this kinda argument: Pretty sure the only reasons Steven went so hard to redeem them was 1. they're family and he felt it was important to Rose (and himself) to try and repair the family damage (because we know how important family is to Steven and how he'll do anything to have his family happy and stable). 2. he knew he had NO chance of winning in a straight fight with them and if he could get them to turn then there isn't another war that would end in worse results than the last one. He was naive and really did try to see the good in most people, but he has his limits (Kevin and Ronaldo come to mind). He'd definitely be able to see that Jack has no good in him and would just be like "ok, we can't get through to him. time to kick his butt". I do agree that Future Steven would be much quicker to fight tho.
Pilot Steven would make Jack get hit so hard with the best clapback reaction of the century, Jack starts questioning his life, and then he got sad, he grabs a popsicle, and then passes out in a Family Guy position, and the Pilot Steven would use the time orb to go back again and do it all over again just for the fun of it.

As much as I did like incredibles 2 and enchanto Jake being a just a terrible villain who wants power because they want power is really refreshing cuz I genuinely miss those kinds of villains. No companies shouldn't stop making morally grey villains or villains with complicated past and just make "puppy kicker the meanie who kicks puppies cuz he's bad" but not every villain should be redeemable, misguided, or complex
Death and Horner are polar opposites. Death is a menacing and intimidating presence that is ultimately natural and benevolent, while Horner is a goofy guy and has constantly backstabbed his way to the wish.
*6:27* As a person who doesn't really know much about Steven Universe, this just screams _Possessed by Bill Cipher_ to me... Which makes sense as the way you described it really makes this version of Steven seem like an eldritch entity.
I absolutely love the cricket in this movie because it’s just a big ol middle finger to anyone who believes that people like Jack are redeemable. Jack was a great villain and a great character because the writers didn’t try to force any unnecessary bullshit into him, just gave him a crap ton of scenes that just hyped up the moment where the main characters could beat his face in.
I think it really depends on how far in the first series Steven universe is. Season one young Steven had no fighting power and a very low wisdom score. But young Steven in the final season was an extremely powerful fighter and was also pretty wise for his age. I could see final season young Steven or Teenage Steven beating Jack Horner with relative ease. As for redeeming... Jack is a bit Like an adult Onion. I think it would take years of living with the Gems to help him go from evil tirant to average citizen with some unpleasant quirks..
But bad thing, that's why jack Horner has a magical nanny pack full of random magical things, pretty much if you count many different magical items. Midas touch doesn't count for strength nor does it count at all for durability or abilities it just turns you to gold no extra things doesn't matter how powerful you are or how durable you are, it just turns you to gold.
Reminder: Steven in his teens isn’t friends with the diamonds, he barely wants anything to do with them. He only did what he deemed necessary, & that’s shown best through the SU movies beginning. Edit: I also seen a few older replies to other comments that mention how he only allowed them to live to decorrupt & repair gems that were affected by their war with the crystal gems, & I think that’s a very good point, as they have abilities that need to be put together to fix gems. So I believe I have more evidence supporting what I believe his opinions on the diamonds to be for stevens teenage years
there's a lot of frustration in this video. i really think jack would kill him because well jack doesn't care, while steven would have his monologue about "panic attack" or about how good jack can be he'd just shoot him. and while I'm writing it, steven being a "demi god" is one of the very reasons why show was ruined and just went down and down and down
didn't steven turn into this giant titan monster? he even tossed the Diamonds powers out of his rank in his monster/corrupted form. I meeeaan... that stuff sorta shocked me.
I'm surprised that Wander from Wander Over Yonder hasn't been compared with Jack Horner yet; he's almost the same as Steven's traits, when coming to redeeming.
It’s easier to rag on Steven, since people don’t really remember Wander over Yander, it didn’t last long enough to get the attention Steven Universe got. Not to mention Wander doesn’t break as easily as Steven (or at least, adult steven) does
The way Jack acts in the movie brings me this question: Why wasn’t Lobo also going for Jack because he doesn’t value any life other than his own(might have just answered my own question there) while Lobo goes after those who especially do not appreciate the value of lives?
he went after Puss because he didn't value his own life AND he had 9 of them. I imagine Lobo doesn't care for most people, since those who don't value their own life still end up losing it, but seeing Puss just not care EVEN after he was told he had wasted 8 lives just pushed him over the brink. Lobo wasn't acting out of some code of ethics, he was acting out of spite and frustration.
Jack Horner is like the DIO of the dream work franchise. The fairy godmother cared about her son, Rumple cared about his goose and Lord Farquaad was just well a raciest
this is what im saying in twitter too lol..people who has not watched steven universe keeps dunkin on him when in reality..steven has multiple attempted murders and actual murders if revive plotline isnt there..
I feel like jack will make Steven cry a river, than proceed to drink his tears and than knock him in the nuts several times, while Steven is still crying

Oh no lmao
aaaah-hahah, a metal gear rising reference
Regardless on your opinion of Steven or Jack, the fandubs of their interactions are absolutely hilarious 😂 I love them both
Realistically, Steven would handle Jack Horner the same way the Cricket did.
Exept there's Kevin and Marty. Steven never saw them as people that can be good!
It's all fun and games until
*"You were right Jack Horner, I was holding back"*
"I think is time for Steven... TO LET 'ER RIP!!!"
Like him going full Superman vs The Elite
“I don’t want to kill you.”
*through tears*
“But I will if I have to.”
That's only if he's left with no other option. But, if there was an option to have him captured so he can face justice for his crimes then Steven would definitely take it!

Dreamworks never fails us with the memes. This is one of my favorites 👌
Imagine if the characters voice actors participated in this meme 🤩
that would be awesome....
Little Jack Horner
Sat in the corner,
Eating his Christmas pie;
He put in his thumb,
And pulled out a plum,
And said, "What a good boy am I!"

@@Hexsmasher2099 “What’s so impressive?! I’m been a real boy the whole time!!!”

I want to see the Metal Gear Rising meme with Steven punching Jack Horner.
“You’re not greedy. You’re INSANE!”
“Oh! OH! What took you so long? IDIOT!”
“Why won’t you CHANGE?!”
“MAGIC, son!”
Their names are literally Jack (Raiden) and Steven (Armstrong) and Steven's main ability pre-Future is to summon a shield or bubble. I think the other way around is a lot more likely.
Maybe Steven wouldn't beat him...but what about Uncle Grandpa? He could send Jack into that totally blank space.
Absolute destruction. Jack would regret every decision after meeting him.
Uncle Grandpa: Hello and good-…… Just what you are doing?
@@glitchminer7526 jack Horner:"shooting a puppy so what?"
Uncle Grandpa: Just why?
yuh
Steven: YOUR NOT GONNA SHOOT THAT GEM, ARE YOU?
jack:yeah! in the gem, why?
Pilot Steven would make Jack get hit so hard with the best clapback reaction of the century, Jack starts questioning his life, and then he got sad, he grabs a popsicle, and then passes out in a Family Guy position, and the Pilot Steven would use the time orb to go back again and do it all over again just for the fun of it.
I hope there is a Steven Universe vs Izuku Midoriya video soon. I wonder what would happen if Big Buff Diamond State Steven would face off against Dark Hero Costume Deku with all 7 quirks unlocked?
The fight will be sad and tragic tho...
Hey maybe Buff Pink Steven will swoop in and snatch Deku away from Class 1A. Then they either bond and fight til both of their mental state got worse haha!
truce probably
Honestly it would be fun, because they are kind of similar and even in power scaling you can get then in the same tier, but in the end, steven is stronger and faster, but izuku is like,x100 times a better fighter
Steven: Jack your men are getting hurt! You gotta help them!
Jack Horner: Men? You mean the human shields, I got plenty of those.
Steven: Jack you can’t just sent people to their deaths, it isn’t right!
Jack Horner: What was that? Sorry I was enjoying the carnage!
**Sees one man die brutally.**
Jack Horner: Woah! did you see that kid, that was gruesome!
How Future Steven would deal with Jack:
Jack Horner: N-Now Steven let’s talk about this- H-How about we go back to singing about being good and uhhh- Nice?
Future Steven: You know Jack… *I wonder what shattering a human would look like.*
Jack Horner: You know I would feel proud of your brutal sense of violence if I wasn’t the one you were directing it at.

I wish the show was never made in the first place
Yeah like a villian who could not be reasoned with, to go against Steven's morals, not everything can be solved diplomatically
so true, white diamond was a let down because the writers decided "lets spare the most irredeemable thing as quick as possible". If you do the research she's got a higher count than Lord Sidious. I think I'd be okay with him sparing her but the fact she got away scott free is what was disappointing. Still loved the show
We do, bluebird
@@kingofdemons948I wouldn’t count Bluebird tbh. You know why? Because Bluebird didn’t matter. There was no impact left on Steven after that episode from Bluebird and they simply never appeared again.
They should really make an interaction between angry future Steven and Jack horner
I would legit be a fan of you making more memey vids like this. Twas great stuff.
In a dark time for animation, it's always nice to see a meme that brings a smile on my face 😄
I feel like Wander from Wander over Yonder would be a better choice, Wander’s dedication to being nice and trying to redeem villains never ends.
If he was unable to redeem Lord Dominator, then what makes you think he could redeem Jack Horner? They’re both irredeemable monsters. (Dominator and Jack)
"Sorry I had my airpods in" THAT KILLED ME.

Yeah I imagine that garnet would actually intimidate Jack like
“Steven I want to do and say terrible things to you, I really do but your afro hair friend scares me. So I’m just going to think about it, like really hard, unbelievably so.”
The excessive hatred for Steven on twitter is so corny. Steven would hate Jack Horner, like he did with Kevin and Marty
Jack Horner vs Steven will be the new Thor vs Thanos. I can hear the memes already.
that last bit with pilot Steven reminded me of the john mulainey sketch about 13 year olds
5:26 this is aesthetically pleasing for sure
This video in a nutshell:
Steven:“Mr Horner everyone can change, even you !”
Jack Horner:“Shut up kid.”
Steven:“Ok." Caves in Jack's head
"I don't want to be that guy"
And yet here we are.
I have seen some posts on Instagram of Steven and Jack Horner. Steven and Lars would have another battle against Emerald. Luz and the gang are still preparing a big battle against Belos and more possession from Belos. If King, Eda, or someone else dies, there's going to be ultimate justice against Belos.
*[Jack Horner is definitly one of the most MALEFICENT surprises of this year. Best villain EVER]*
6:52 “What if i told you that Pilot Steven had that DAWG in him?” 😂😂😂
I figured, for Kid Steven, it would be similar to what we saw with Jiminy Cricket in the movie. Steven keeps trying to talk to Jack becoming increasingly disgusted with his actions to the point where Steven breaks down and calls Jack a redeemable monster.
Welp it's official, The Roundtable never fails to impress.
The way he says "and I want money teehee-" at the beginning- i like the honesty pfff
I need to say something IMPORTANT!
THIS IS HOW THEY WOULD INTERACT:

Jack: Bruh shut your corny ass up.
(Shoots Steven in the fucking face)
Steven: (Gets up)
Jack: Oh Joy I get to shoot you again
(Jack once again fires at Steven)
(The bullet reaches Steven's face)

Jack: You let the muffin man get away with a massive genocide of gingerbread men and you still see me as the villain?
Steven: Stairs intently.
Jack: Do you remember "the cookie" Stephen?
Steven: What are you talking about?

Death and Horner are polar opposites. Death is a menacing and intimidating presence that is ultimately natural and benevolent, while Horner is a goofy guy and has constantly backstabbed his way to the wish.

Steven would beat up jack so much that jack becomes a lego citizen getting broken by a 6 year old in his friends house
1:23
Glad to see that Undertale is still around
It's reassuring, I guess

Hey Kev I appreciate you taking the time to make this video
Reminder: Steven in his teens isn’t friends with the diamonds, he barely wants anything to do with them. He only did what he deemed necessary, & that’s shown best through the SU movies beginning.
Edit: I also seen a few older replies to other comments that mention how he only allowed them to live to decorrupt & repair gems that were affected by their war with the crystal gems, & I think that’s a very good point, as they have abilities that need to be put together to fix gems. So I believe I have more evidence supporting what I believe his opinions on the diamonds to be for stevens teenage years
The roast dawg it doesnt hit like a dagger it hits like a meteor
Everybody gangsta until Jack pulls out all 7 dragonballs
there's a lot of frustration in this video.
i really think jack would kill him because well jack doesn't care, while steven would have his monologue about "panic attack" or about how good jack can be he'd just shoot him.
and while I'm writing it, steven being a "demi god" is one of the very reasons why show was ruined and just went down and down and down
Why is that one reason the show went downhill
didn't steven turn into this giant titan monster? he even tossed the Diamonds powers out of his rank in his monster/corrupted form.
I meeeaan... that stuff sorta shocked me.
Death isn't a villain. He's an antihero lol, people always forget that, and I'm glad you guys also understood
I'm surprised that Wander from Wander Over Yonder hasn't been compared with Jack Horner yet; he's almost the same as Steven's traits, when coming to redeeming.
you right you right
It’s easier to rag on Steven, since people don’t really remember Wander over Yander, it didn’t last long enough to get the attention Steven Universe got. Not to mention Wander doesn’t break as easily as Steven (or at least, adult steven) does
the difference is that Steven universe is deemed cringy and WOY isnt. that's why everybody rags on it
Jack is a static villain and it makes him extremely funny
Steven:"You dont have to be the bad guy"
Horner:"I know, but i really really want toooo"
6:08 I have translated this using the Wingding alphabet / font and it indeed says “THE FINAL STEVEN”
I feel like if we ever saw an Adult version of Steven, he would outright just fight him, no in-between talk AT ALL.
The Roundtable taking a debatable meme and making a video out of it! Awesome!
Honestly, Jack vs Steven is the greatest crossover I ever saw. 😂 I just love a villain who loves being evil just because he can.
Love how you included piot Steven I was dying 💀
I’m sure Steven would kill Jack but I’m still thinking about the unicorn horns Jack has I think they could hurt Steven
this is what im saying in twitter too lol..people who has not watched steven universe keeps dunkin on him when in reality..steven has multiple attempted murders and actual murders if revive plotline isnt there..
I feel like jack will make Steven cry a river, than proceed to drink his tears and than knock him in the nuts several times, while Steven is still crying
Lmao no
Pilot steven looks like muscle man
For Rebecca Sugar, no one is truly evil. So gave her the character and probably she would make Steven sing a song about changing and when he doesn't archive it, he would probably kill Jack
Cannot tell if this is an insult or not, but the Diamonds are clearly evil and she knows this.
@@voiceunderthecovers The only really evil is White Diamond. Blue and Yellow are just following her orders to "having a happy family" I understood the redemption of Blue and Yellow, but someway I'm disappointed of how they treated White Diamond.
