Hi Gents! Terrific overview of your gully !! You guys sure have a methodical system for finding gold, not to mention tons of energy to dig all of those bucket fulls of dirt!
Love your videos, I would love to try drywashing and metal detecting i have an Apex detecter made by Garrett it works good for what it is ive found small targets down around 14 inches in sand and minerised dirt here in N.C i think it would find gold in AZ my goal someday is to spend winters out there dywashing and detecting.
I know you get a lot of armchair advice but check this out. That gold you got was mostly all in the overburden. Next time take a bar and rip that bedrock. Neither PI or VLF will see those targets deep in the Bed Rock. Well maybe the PI but it'd be faint and it sounds like you already put the PI down and went with a VLF. Where the stream is today is likely different from thousands of years ago. That's incredible ground, if your overburden is that rich your ripped bedrock will be insane. Rip it let it dry then vac it. I'd rip it as deep as you were still seeing material. Could be 2 feet but that's where the lunkers are. Or at least serious pockets of that coarse gold. Even a good pocket of fines is still gold. You've probably got some multi oz crevices, lots of them. Be safe. I loved this vid!
hi i went to king tut (lost basin)area. The places were claimed or private properties, but managed to take few samples from the bedrock. Panned found nothing. Than went to Gpaa, found a wash area took some of the black sand, barely visible flour spec came out. It was less than the samples i took from gold basin. So didn't see worth the time to drywash there. I drywashed in Gold Basin area like 35 buckets and got 0.4 gram of fine gold. But took me 2.5 day. If i only knew where to look for...
I'm guessing the finger-over-the-microphone part was when you gave us those GPS coordinates you offered? :o) Great job guys, always excited to see your reveals in the riffles.
+jdeluisa We already crushed the vein and recovered gold. no need for the assay and all that . There was minimal color , but the gold was amazing looking
+I Brake For Bedrock Thanks. It's about two hours to get to north side of Prescott. It's not too far, but just far enough that it makes it tough to make day trips.
AZBADBOYz I completely get your point, but what other hobby, in time, not only provides the health benefits of physical exertion, being out in nature AND, in due time, will pay for itself in financial terms?
Do you ever attempt to "TRY" to replace the soil and rocks to reduce erosion? I spend a lot of time in the desert and enjoy it greatly, but the desert is very very fragile and needs to be used very carefully!
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK I'm guessing somewhere around Congress up to top of yarnell? I'm not too far away if you would like to message me I have some info for you and a couple questions
thats the run of all the cons. Probably dump the trays every 10 or 15 buckets, sometimes 20 depending on the gold type, amount of heavies, moisture....
+John Behmer We re ran the material 3 times, theres no way there is gold left in them. A lot of people that drywash never have their equipment set up correctly, and therefore lose alot of gold. It is unfortunate for them because they usually will never know. There is a science to it, and a huge learning curve. One of the worst things, is learning from someone whom thinks they know , but actually doesent have a clue. Re running old tailing is a great idea
+6061lucky we are in a dry environment, and have to hike considerable distances into some very rough terrrain. Are you suggesting I also carry barrels of water and a gold cube as well? How long do you think it would take you to run 47 buckets, nearly 1- 1/2 tons of material through a gold cube? How much do you figure I am losing with the drywasher? 2% maybe ? Drywashers , when set up properly recover very high percentages of gold, especially fine gold. We are pretty good at this ,and have run thousands of buckets through the drywashers , and have recovered pounds of gold.......Thanks for the suggestion.
You guys are the real deal. I love watching when you are checking out what's in the riffles. Like two kids in a candy shop.
WOW WOW WOW U GUYS ARE STUDZ! Newbie in idaho...i learned so much about whats TRUE POTENTIAL OF what an area hazzzz. PHENOMENAL

Thats the best idea ever ! Good luck out here !

Now that's some gold! Nice.
Nice finder guys
Very nice gold recovery, it would be nice to find that kind of gold every day.
A gully of gold, Nice find and recovery.
+Joe Bucci Sure is a gully of gold lol Thanks for watching

Gold Basin is a huge area...several miles in diameter. Test little gullies, expand spots that previous people dug, even try hillsides....
Oh man that is too awesome. Liked and subbed.
what a good video, I learned things.
your finds are epic!
Man you guys have some crazy ground. Must be nice. I dream of ground like that
I'm guessing the finger-over-the-microphone part was when you gave us those GPS coordinates you offered? :o) Great job guys, always excited to see your reveals in the riffles.
Very cool
Nice going! How about a picture of the hostrock next time? Big fan of the hematite ores. Crush the entire reef.
+MM420 I`m giving serious consideration to crushing the reef.
That is pretty nice gold!
Nice job! Sounds like you found the source? Have you considered taking representative samples for assay and going down on the vein?
+jdeluisa We already crushed the vein and recovered gold. no need for the assay and all that . There was minimal color , but the gold was amazing looking
dam! nice color!
You guys rock :)
lots of wire gold .... nice!
good work
at about 13:29 ye see a vein (the red streak in the bed rock), if ye go back try removing some of it and testing it.....
Great video bud.. how much did you end up getting that run ? would love to know.
Its in the description
I wish Northern Arizona had that kind of gold!
+Tred Unlimited The Bradshaws cant be that far away ....Lots of gold there
+I Brake For Bedrock Thanks. It's about two hours to get to north side of Prescott. It's not too far, but just far enough that it makes it tough to make day trips.
That's a hell of a lot of work for $500 return. I understand it's a hobby and all but WOW.

Our diggings are in dry desert gullies. A gully erodes, thats why is a gully.
I have a claim near wickenburg are you guys close?.love your vids.
No, not really....But have fun on your claim !
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK I'm guessing somewhere around Congress up to top of yarnell? I'm not too far away if you would like to message me I have some info for you and a couple questions
Did you run all 47 buckets without a clean out or is that your run of clean our cons ?
thats the run of all the cons. Probably dump the trays every 10 or 15 buckets, sometimes 20 depending on the gold type, amount of heavies, moisture....
Thanks
What general area of arizona is that.im wanting to move out rhere
North of Southern Arizona
good week end guys hows your backs?
Might want to run them tailing again you wouldn't believe how much gold I get running old tailing piles with water

Is this a Roadrunner claim, or your own, or no claim?
No Claim
I'm in Sierra Vista, can anyone recommend a potentially good spot near me? My luck hasn't been very good lately.
Greaterville, Arivaca......Join the Desert "Gold Diggers Club" for access to claims...
Go to the opposite corner of Arizona and hit up quartzsite, Arizona
Why don't you use a gold cube instead of the dry washer I believe you to catch more find gold
