- No one wants to admit that they are broken. For some reason, we believe that brokenness holds us back from a relationship with Jesus. But brokenness isn’t the problem- hiding is. In a world that says you have to be perfect to be used, God says he will work in and through you right in the middle of your mess. It’s when you are ready to be real about your brokenness that God says we are ready, because “broken crayons still color”!

We are all broken but we still color.” This is reality, this is different aspects of each our lives. We have to accept ourselves where we are in the moment. Thrive to be a better person each and everyday. Don’t react to every situation just because you think you should. Offenses happen every every day and we have to decide how we are going to handle it! But we have to work together as a united front to make it his country work for our good. ❤🙏🏾

I finally had a chance to watch this. Thank you for just making the message so plain and simple. In my weakness, my brokenness, God can still use me. Thank God that your grace is sufficient for me. I may have many broken Crayons in my box (life), but that's okay. Broken Crayons Still Color! 👐🏾❤💯👍🏾🌺
I was listening to the verse of the day and got distracted by your intro. You had me at "Broken colors still work" ....I stopped the app and immediately youtube...heard your entire surmon... I am in Aww. I have been in prayer to lead a single moms group but feel as though I am not equipped, I don't know scripture, and I am still a work in progress. Listening to you today, had made me feel a little more confident...braver to move forward with what God's placed in my heart. Thank you!

This message is such a blessing that I'm trying to figure out how I can encourage others (mainly my 15 year old daughter) with this beautiful message.
I am 49 years old and I have gone through most (if not all) of my life trying to be perfect for others and hiding my brokenness so well that I don't even feel whole anymore.

Wow! You nailed it for me… wanting and doing the same. God is so faithful in helping me in my belief of my brokenness… bc he’s shown me there’s really nothing broken and nothing missing for us that are in Him. It’s our mindsets…our thoughts are that keep us captive, yet everything we need is already within us. YOU GOT THIS! Bc GOD GOT YOU! I have a 16 yr old daughter and praying for guidance, wisdom and discernment. I pray that for you too sister! Keep moving forward and loving your daughter through it all. These precious crazy teens will turn out be one of our greatest relationships of our lives! And it’s ok to let your daughter know some of that “brokenness” and what you’re doing to help yourself bc it’s how she’s learning to someday do it for herself and that you are human. God bless!

I was reading the word of the day today when I saw Toni as the pastor giving a few minute's word. I quickly took her name down and right after reading the word I went to search for her on youtube. I saw a few videos of her and I have been watching them. One of the main videos that brought me closer to more videos is the preaching about Broken Crayons Still Colour.
