Yep, got all those. Relapsed and ate gluten to fit in a social activity and now I’m what you said. So hard sometimes when you forget how awful it makes you feel. Thank you for your extensive service to help others.
I listen to podcasts throughout the day and mostly to do with health. Dr Osborne is surely the most well informed doctor out there. Again, profound thanks.
Thank you again Dr Osborne , I commented on your live yesterday that my pain had dramatically decreased but I was having irritability and fatigue, well withdrawal kicked in and pain in certain problematic joints kept me awake . Today I’m having stabbing sharp pain throughout my entire body which has happened before whenever I have tried a Keto diet , which always make me quit. I will take your advice today on the vitamins mentioned and some more carbs. I’m determined to see this Through this time , my health history even as a child shows how allergic I am to grains , even had childhood epilepsy , ulcers , learning disabilities multiple infections . Thank you again ❤
I have been of gluten for a few weeks and generally feel better. But I have random moments of anxiety which are really unpleasant. Will definitely up my vitamin intake.
Been off gluten for about a month now and felt fine for about two and a half weeks. Last Saturday I suddenly got the following and still have them: - a bad sensitivity to coffee - decreased alcohol tolerance - severe anxiety (convinced myself I had cancer from googling symptoms) - continual soft stools - constipation - lightheadedness - shortness of breath. Does anyone else have these, or do I actually have a real problem?
I am a nurse, undertook a diploma in nutrition, integrative health practitioner certification and have read tons of books, done lota of research and I never knew this about gluten. Im 3 weeks in to removing gluten and today I felt like I was going to snap. The anxiety is off the scale. Now i know. Does anyone know if certain genetic mutations can make this worse?
It is hard to quit eating gluten the first month and a half was hardest but after the withdraws not having gluten went away it got better not having gluten. My doctor didn't help me much trying to find out it would be gluten. I had diarrhea all the time when on internet looking for anwsers to why I had diarrhea so much. So I stopped all gluten then diarrhea went away. Some product that say gluten free do have some gluten in them have to watch out for them too.Wish I had a doctor like you to help me find out sooner than two years of diarrhea lost 50 pounds too.
@@karennuttall7059what were your symptoms? I am on week 3.5 and I have fatigue, panic attacks, light headedness, short of breath, and dry tongue, and really low tolerance for caffeine and alcohol.

Quit both cold turkey (though I had reduced consumption) and feeling like shit… about 2 weeks in now
@slash3r142 how long before you felt better?
@@joshuaa3924 2 months
Thankfully I did not experience the withdrawal symptoms!
I didn't have had any disease or problem when I stopped eating gluten.

It was probably the damage being cleared out. What happened? How long did it last?
@@slash3r142 Mine went from the first week of February and then stopped during the first week of May. Still feeling normal ever since
