    This was my exact experience. I cut out gluten ... kept the organic raw milk from holstein.... zero improvement... i git worse. Did a food allergy test IGg. It said cows milk was 100/100 allergy. I honestly was nearly dead. Zero energy. Went off milk as soon as the results came in. In 1 week i was out of bed and walking. Was the most amazing experience in my life. I got better! I feel supercharged without dairy n gluten. 39 years of gluten n dairy. No more! It really is true. I was called sleepy jonny for so long. And it was the milk

    When I was an infant (2weeks old) my mother was told to stop breastfeeding me so she put me on raw goats milk, it was the only thing I could keep down. Over the years I've eaten dairy but looking back, I can see that I've suffered with many things I can now associate with an allergy. I am now gluten, grain and sugar free, but am still covered in a rash. I am stopping dairy 100 % now, thanks for this Info, I believe this is what I'm still suffering!

    I quit milk 40 yrs ago. And I never liked cheese. Once or twice a year I eat a little cream cheese, I use heavy whipping cream ocassionally, If necessary, I dilute it with water. Along with milk, I quit cereal. Then eventually, I just quit breakfast!!! I'm now trying gluten free, even thogh I never had issues. I've gone gluten-free & am enjoying the effects, but I'm really having a hard time giving up dairy. It doesn't seem to bother my digestion, altho I limit it to 1 glass a day.
    Milk has always been one of my favorite things even as a kid, & it DOES have a very calming, sedating effect on me...better than chocolate! I usually wait until close to bedtime to consume it.
    I DO have a hard time with any bean or lentil, tho. I love them, but I bloat & they cause severe constipation for me.

      Pretty sure it depends on how intolerant you are, and how much u used 2 consume, + other individual circumstances. My personal experience was I gave up dairy first, and 2 months later I was better, yet there was also a more subtle improvement over the next year.

    • @leavesofchange
      @leavesofchange 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Another question is should you give up one first, then after 2 months, give up the other to minimise the shock to your body??
      Honestly if I could do it again, I would give up gluten first, whilst still eating a small amount of dairy, then 2 months later I would cut the dairy completely.

      I've just heard oneof my gurus Nadine Grzeskowiak who did 'Skin on Gluten' say that you should give up Gluten and Dairy at the same time. She claims that if you give up gluten first you'll just end up going mental on cheese, and vice versa - because they have similar addictive morphines. She advocates to give both up at once because you don't want to go through 2 sets of withdrawal symptoms. I wonder if other people have interesting viewpoints and personal anecdotes on this topic?

      JayeBird Allegedly, the Jersey or was it Guernsey cows are different but I have also seen information that it's not true and all cow's milk is harmful. I actually react even worse to goat's milk! Anyway, I'm neither a baby cow nor a baby goat who needs moma's breast milk! I can eat organic produce instead like grown up cows eat grass and not drink milk once weened off. Only humans think they're smarter than animals and eat outside their natural diet. Grains and seeds for birds, nuts for squirrels and fruit, greens, cabbages and root vegetables for humans. And raw organic preferably.

      Try increasing your carbohydrates intake . For me above 130 grams per day of carbohydrates I gain weight fast ! Below 50 grams/ day I lose weight without effort.

      @@thalesnemo2841 Hi, what can I eat to get 150 grams of carbs a day safely? It almost seems impossible when I'm eliminating gluten and dairy. I am trying to heal from neuropathic pain. Ugh . I do not eat any sweets or sugar.

      @Marie
      First off if you are having such problems tell your doctor that you are / have got grain free( no wheat, corn , rice ,oats etc etc ) it may affect how medications are absorbed etc .
      Carbohydrates are just strings of sugar molecules which are not needed in the human diet.
      To ease off eat plenty of leafy greens , broccoli, cauliflower , Bok choy etc keep to the surface greens . If you add some berries and other low carbohydrate fruits .

    • @leavesofchange
      @leavesofchange 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Eat the the bones in canned fish. The “getting calcium from milk” idea is a bit of a myth anyway, it doesn’t really get absorbed, and creates acidity in the body.

    • @daliab8493
      @daliab8493 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Leafy greens, sesame seeds, some nuts. Increase vitamin D and K and you’ll absorb calcium better.

    why do people even eat dairy at all? so strange. It's not made for humans, it's made for cows, and baby cows too, not adult cows(or humans). "Dairy" cows are forced to be pregnant year round to produce milk(besides being bred to produce an absurd amount that taxes their body more than would be natural) and their calf is sent to be raised for meat or killed on the spot. Instead of living a long happy life, they burn out under slavery in less than 4 years and are sent to slaughter. So insane. The insane things humans legalize blows my mind and saddens my soul.

IF cows milk and almond milk and soy milk, AND EVEN COCONUT MILK is bad for us what kind of milk are we supposed to drink?! since the majority of them contain that thickening agent called carrageenan?
