Best way to check UV index is by typing Weather on Google search. It'll give you weather details and UV index around that time in that area. Use UV Lens, an app.

Hi just to add on, diet also plays a huge role for having a clear skin. Some people have managed to get better skin by cutting certain foods out from their diet completely, such as dairy and sugar. Hopefully this has helped people who also have skin problems. Have a nice day!

My skin care routine at school I take a water bottle of 750 ml that I have to refill atleast 2 times again and when I am at home I have a 2.5 LTR watter bottle that I finish till it's dinner time and then drink a little more water before I head to bed. I washy face in morning, before going to bed with my face wash and exfoliate on Wednessday and Sunday nights. I need to add moisturizer and SS. Since I know about skin types and my skin type. It's been easy and I actually have better skin as compared to my other friends.

Should I apply sunscreen every day even when I’m in school? When I leave to go to the bus stop in the morning, it’s dark and when I get back home, I’m only outside for a little bit when I walk back.
