- Installation of the Yoshimura Alpha low volume insert/dB killer on my 2017 Suzuki GSXR 1000. Sound comparison with dB meter and my impressions of the insert at the end of the video. The sound difference is significant in the 7000+ rpm range! Enjoy!

Man I still haven't put the baffle in cus I was afraid to drop it in the slip on.

I assume you mean the loctite? It is to prevent the screw from vibrating loose.

How is it possible the entire bolt fell into the hole? It’s hard to see on camera but there’s no guide? It’s just empty and bigger than necessary ? Weird
There is a gap between the outer carbon fiber shell and the inner steel exhaust pipe.

@@Obliter8Dave I just installed same slip on without baffle and its still quiet
@@hansgruber999 the exhaust is on the quiet side of aftermarket exhausts. I find that it was still a bit loud for early morning though which is why the db killer installation.
@@Obliter8Dave Its the quietest muffler you can get without a decibel killer...next time just keep the stock on....this yoshi is only like 1/2 lb lighter....its not worth more then $150
