Fantastic isn’t it! Annual site fees are just £3500 per season with the season running March - January. The site fees also include water and rates.
Additional fees to consider are electric, Gas & insurance.

If you choose to live on a residential park all year around as your main place of residence, can you still pay council tax whilst living there, or do you also still need a main 'proper house' so the council can still get their pound of flesh?. Thank you.

Stunning lodge but again ridiculous how narrow the corridor is and no chance for a wheelchair user to access bedroom or bathroom. Seems like there is no lodge option available for any disabled person and only basic static caravans.
