It’s probably a coincidence but still feels weird. Yesterday I was thinking (and I didn’t say it out loud so my iPad didn’t hear me) that I hadn’t had any of Steve’s videos in my TH-cam recommendations for a year or so. Suddenly this morning they keep turning up. Weird!

When you quote site fees what does that include, how is gas and electricity billed? What about water and council tax and can you live in if site open 12 months? Thanks

How much fees is decking extre
Depends how much you wanted, the most common size is 4ft walkway leading to a 6FT front where the patio doors are with skirting all the way round. This sort of thing would roughly be about £7,000. Hope that helps

The kitchen just don't work..sink on one side cooker on the other...I would have a 28 inch waist in two weeks walking back and forwards...mmmm could work I suppose..
Bad kitchen design. Have fun carrying a large pot of pasta in boiling water all the way from the stove to the sink!!!!!

Kitchen layout is terrible..got to walk long eay to sink. Hot pots and veg to drain. Kids grandkids about..really bad layout
