Why does it help?, if you headshot a tracer after she is hindered before it did 185 dmg, now if you headshot a tracer after a hinder is 215 dmg, both ways kill her but now you have less reaction time to hit a headshot on her, and I consider it a nerf because before this nerf to tracer you could hinder tracer and kill her with body shots because it lasted 1.2 seconds and cass does 140 dmg each second, now if the tracer has good reflexes she can just recall because now is 0.9 seconds and you can't finish the kill by yourself

My way of changing Cassidy for the better. Primary fire damage fall-off is firmly at 40 meters max and that's where it should stay. Secondary fire doesn't need much changes imo, although I do have a weird albeit maybe busted change I'll explain later as it relates to the roll ability. Roll imo should be left as is, and I like that they added a dmg reduction to it. Flashbang should slow for 1 second, and deal 40dmg and hinder not just movement abilities but all abilities. This means you don't get as cc'd as you did in ow1, but it's still as threatening to push a Cassidy if he can shut down all of your abilities even for just 1 second. High Noon/Dead Eye the dmg over time on all enemies will be nerfed slightly, but with a major twist, hovering your crosshair over enemy players amplifies the dmg done thus shortening the ttk on the targeted enemy, meaning good Cassidy players can use it to effectively 'duel' whoever they choose to aim at, and adds another level of 'threat' to an ulting Cassidy. And if the Cassidy player is really good they can on occasion get these crazy high skill high reward plays by rewarding the aim of the player able to aim their crosshair at all the enemies in time to get a triple-penta kill. as for the unique idea I had for secondary fire, I had this cheese thought that much like Genji's dash reset, any kill you get via fanning the hammer will actually reset your roll cooldown but only if its a kill with the secondary fire. high risk, high reward and again adds a layer of threat to a close range cassidy in a brawl type team-fight. It could be completely broken and op though, so I'd rather see how it looks tested before actually implementing it.
I think the problem with secondary fire giving roll back and that the Cass could just put out crazy Damage Or Even Just Role To Get back second fire and do it again

You miss the fact where Cass can’t run around invis at superspeed to flank and actually get the hack off?
Cass nade has very short range so to get hit by it you have to pit yourself in the position to get hindered
@@megavore97 You forget the fact his damaged was buffed you forget the fact he 2 shots 250hp, You forget the fact he has never been consistently nerfed since his introduction. You forget the fact he doesn't have the lowest win rate at all ranks including BOTH games. You forget the fact even GM's can't make him work at their rank. You forget the fact Sombra is losing her perma invis.
So what's your excuse now? If sombra loses her perma invis can she get back her Season 1 damage? Can she get back her 6 second silence on hack? Can she get back her old translocator?
Just stop.
@@Fluke2SS sojourn has lowest winrate with bastion following up. so it's not cass or sombra. what's your point. and based on GM stats cass has a lower winrate than sombra. so what are you talking about. yapping about nothing. sombra is 25x more annoying to play against and much harder to effectively counter. cass is extremely easy to beat since he just isn't good.
@@mentarium9741 Sombra's win rate is lower than Sojourn, and bastion is higher than both. You ain't bullshitting anyone with that.
