"voices of the void" has a bit more advanced but similar graphics to ultrakill, please try voices of the void its pretty funny (dont forget to turn on the "funny option" in the settings)

At the little machine before the start of each level. You can buy variants of weapons.
reminder that it's only unlocked on a layer right after V2, at the level 2-2
the green thing itself is a variant of the weapon, which, as i said, can be unlocked only after the V2 fight
