Wet and Wild 2024 June Sprints Saturday SRF Race HD 1080p

At the June Sprints with such a large field, every session from first practice to the final race on Sunday has to build on each other to get the best results. Things started out great with good pace in practice, but then Mother Nature threw a wrench in the works with heavy rain and thunderstorms- it turned into a weekend of survival. Keep your nose clean and the car on the track and a good result would come. Qualifying ended up on wets with a drying track and the last lap was crucial- if you were alone without a draft or in slow traffic you were SOL- which was a lot of people! So with 43rd starting position I was in good company and with a mixed up grid things were sure to be 'exciting'. Saturday was another drying track but this time everyone was on slicks hoping to get a fast time for Sunday's race grid. I had a great one going but... you'll just need to watch.
