The card comes with an adapter, do not connect the cable from the psu not unless it's an native 6+2 or 12+4 pin cable that is compatible with the zotac card, always use the adapter
@@AGENTEN-ry6lr it is cpu bottleneck. Games don't use that many cpu cores.So they are more dependent on single core speed than core count. Thus in a pc with 8 core cpu, if a game uses 2 core at 100% utilization and other 6 cores ar 0-10% utilization the total cpu utilization would be 25-30% even though the cpu is clearly bottlenecking.

Got one same zotac. it was really worth the price!. but don't know i am getting much better temp. i got 56-59 temp only.
Hey did you use 2 pci-e cable then joined them to connect to single 8 pin power cable, I directly connected the cable to GPU, is this wrong?

that's 4070 super, regular 4070 only use 8 pin power.

all games are in cpu heavy bottleneck. 4070 range 40% /80% usage
Not really the CPU utilization is low. The card is just too powerful for these games and resolution.
