I’m so glad to hear that! Keep up the good work! Horn is a very fun instrument when you stick with it!

The first thing she is doing is increasing the exhalation action. This first increases the air PRESSURE inside the body including in the oral space. This results in more air flow AND more air flow velocity throughout the system IF the flow resistance of the system is constant.
Obviously pressure, flow and flow velocity vary with dynamics as well even on a constant pitch. Higher tones do require a bit more air pressure and less air flow in general. But the lip posture controls the pitch, the flow velocity of the air is irrelevant to pitch and obviously changes with dynamics on a constant pitch.

My question so I can understand what it means. With faster air you can play higher or louder? Greets from the Netherlands

The lip posture controls pitch. Air effort controls dynamics.

I am French, I don't play the brass, I don't play any kind of instruments, I didn't even watch a video remotely close to this one; but still, i've watched it until the end and it was a great video and I wanted to say it ! (From a french insomniac)
