4:29 - very cool set-up!!! The Sandhills of Western Nebraska is so damn cool! I've ridden all over the US on my motocycle. Hwy. 2 up-through NW Nebraska is beautuful...freedom and NO PEOPLE! Also, love Southern Utah too!
We've been for late muzzleloader two years in a row and enjoyed both trips. Hunting in the sandhills is a completely different experience than what we're used to in KY which makes it worth it to us. We've yet to lay eyes on a mule deer buck on public land, so i guess it just depends on what you're after. If you don't set your expectations too high its hard to be let down.
In 2022 and years prior it was legal in most public land areas with muzzleloader other than certain restricted areas. It looks like they have tightened the regs for 2023 and it will not be legal anywhere on public land.
