So i created this beach version of my island cake.Hope you will love this too as the island jelly cake. Here You can find the recipes for my easy two ingredients Chocolate Mousse and the coconut flavored gelatin. For the Moss cake I followed a recipe from Alisa's Sweet Dreams - • Essbares Moos - Rezept... (Thank you Alisa ❤️)
You can use any cake cake or mousse for this.Make sure to cover everything in melted chocolate or ganache to prevent the cakes getting soggy from the water.

I like your coconut jelly, looks good. Does it taste nice? The chocolate moose is a nice change from ganache, I use that too. Lovely cake. How long do you microwave the green moss for? And what brand of colours do you use?
Hi sorry I’m late to answer your questions. Yes it tasted good. You have to microwave it for 30 seconds. I use americolor. ❤️

Can you use regular blue jello or is that too loose to hold?
U can use but its not transparent.Use less water so it will hold the shape
