Hi mario, my name is devin. I discovered your content about a year ago i think and ive never commented before but i really wanted to tell you that You are the most inspiring person I've ever had the pleasure to follow and in a sense get to know. I suffer from extreme depression and anxiety that makes it hard for me to do anything but hang out in my appartment and just watch you tube or TV. I rarely leave my apartment because the world just feels too heavy to bear somtimes. But when I started watching your videos you really inspired me to try to get out of my comfort zone more often and you helped show me that the world isn't all doom and gloom. And you remind me that the world really is full of beauty and good people if you are open to seeing it. Im still working one it one day at a time and im not living my life to the fullest yet, im working on baby steps but finding your channel and seeing how brave you are and how no matter what you are going to make the most out of your life. Is what showed me how im absolutely wasting mine. When I was 25 my fiance died. it nearly killed me aswell as absolutely broke me inside. Anyways im sorry to ramble but I just wanted to thank you for reminding me that as messed up as this world is, life can be beautiful if you are open to seeing it.

I don't know, i'm actually confused by this.😅 I don't get the "comedy" behind this since Reno Gold did the same procedure without all this drama. So I am learning that if my unseen part of my body was not perfect, I should change it so I feel loved and people won't make fun of me. You're such an inspiration. Someone who gave me hope and wisdom back when I wasn't in terms with my looks. You changed alot. Please don't scold yourself for not being perfect. I've been there and it's an agony if it becomes a habit
I think it is strange to get Botox, especially in a private area, but I also believe people mentally competent adults generally have a right to make decisions about their own bodies. I have no idea what Mario's genitals look like, but if he felt there was an aesthetic issue that caused him to feel extreme anxiety and he couldn't easily work through it, this treatment is a pretty non-invasive and also completely reversible one (because the effects of Botox wear off after a couple of months). I suspect for Mario it is probably more of a one-off thing where he is trying this out, and he will come to realize the imbalance in appearance that bothered him was not that big of deal and it is not worth the ongoing expense and maintenance effort to continue correcting it with Botox.

You know, I'm all for doing what you feel is best to help you work on your insecurities. Getting out of your comfort zone and trying something new is awesome. Nothing wrong with that, but shout out to the people who are able to accept their bodies without having to do these types of procedures. I feel like those people don't get enough shine.
