😂 Sherry, I am working in my studio, and watching and listening to this project. I had to share this made me laugh and smile. I needed that today. I have a headache and working on a project. Love turning a bag into a box! In 2020 I remember taking the large paper grocery bags and turning them into a bag box. I believe you demoed that 😂. If you didn’t, you certainly inspired me somehow!

Incredible project! I often can't find chipboard at my local craft store but guess what. Cereal boxes, pancake mix boxes and the like are chipboard. A suggestion for the foldover- I'd use plain chipboard (cereal box) to line the bag, cover a second layer of chipboard with decorative paper. Fold over the bag onto the plain chipboard and then put in the decorated chipboard. (I'd also cover the second layer around the top edge with a foldover of the decorative lining.)

Chuckle for you: I was watching a different paper crafter and she was explaining how the project she was making did not have to holiday themed. She went on to explain that by changing out the paper the same project could be for other occasions or other people. Then, she started giving examples of different themes and how to make the project in that theme. When my husband asked me to pause the video, I thought he just wanted to share something with me that he had just read. Instead, the man turned to me and asked, “Why didn’t she just say, ‘Any season, any reason, any one’ like Sherry does? That’s so much simpler!”

Loved this tute! Great tip on using the old blade to cut the chipboard! I hate throwing out the blade when it gets too dull for paper, seems such a waste of $$$. I'll be salvaging them in the future to use on my chipboard cuts!
