Fold ends to center and baste. Arrange by size, short to long.
Pull stitching to gather and wrap with thread secure with a couplenof stitches and knot.
Fluff the loops.
5cm piece, fold over in thirds length wise and glue.
Glue the bow to a barrette, cover center with the glued strip and secure with more glue.
Fix up and ready to go.
