    Thank you so much for sharing this. If I may make a suggestion. The acetate sheet (the clear sheet) you're using is a bit too stiff because it is a larger mm. I suppose its approximately 8 mm. I suggest for more maneuverability to get a 3 mm. It is very thin, but it is much more flexible, malleable. Also, as you do not indicate which 'type' of chocolate you used: tempered or not tempered. I would suggest using not tempered as that sets too fast for your designs and rolling. My suggestions based on me doing your video here. Again, thank you for creating this channel and terrific video.

    • @momshomemade
      @momshomemade  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks a lot Mary. I will try to find a thinner sheet if I am able to get it. Also I use tempered chocolate. In India we get the chocolate slabs. I microwave it for 30-40 seconds and then use it. Comments by users encourage me to do better. I really appreciate it. Thanks a lot again. I have one more video ' how to temper chocolate in 40 seconds'. That is how I temper chocolate.

    Hii...I tried this but when I take it out if freezer it suddenly melt down...why...

    • @momshomemade
      @momshomemade  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your chocolate could be too thin. Try with fatter layer. Another reason could be high room temperature.

    • @riyadey6137
      @riyadey6137 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Okk...thnks...Mam actually I store dark compound in freezer...is there any reason behind this...melted?

    • @momshomemade
      @momshomemade  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@riyadey6137 never keep chocolate compound in freezer. Keep it packed at room temperature. Also once you make your curls, keep them in normal freeze. Then you can take out whenever required for decoration.

    • @momshomemade

      If u are in Mumbai then try at a cake shop in APMC Vashi or at Arif's at Rguleela mall Vashi. Or buy online www.amazon.in/Generic-Chocolate-Transfer-Sheets-transfer/dp/B01N4073Y1/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1522203716&sr=8-9&keywords=chocolate+transfer+sheet

    Using a scraper to spread chocolate makes me cringe. An offset spatula is much easier to handle and a bit more logical.

    • @momshomemade
      @momshomemade  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Jones for watching my video and putting comments. Appreciate it. It depends on how an artist is comfortable with his/her tools at that moment. I wanted to spread chocolate to a small area. For a larger spread, spatula anyway is better.

      These are called transfer sheets. You can buy these from a cake shop. Cost is around Rs 150/- plus per sheet. They are mostly imported. These are made from cocoa butter.

    Great info but a 20 sec intro is WAY too long.

    • @momshomemade
      @momshomemade  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your kind comments. You have got good analytical skills. Actually its a chorus of intro. And if I break it in between then chorus will not be completed. Otherwise the actual intro length is about 30 seconds. So I cut it to 20 seconds to complete one chorus. Thanks again :)
