I am glad to see that everyone is wearing their safety flipflops.
I love the flip flop safety sandles.
I cant knock these guys for being resourceful and hard working. Every one of these videos is amazing, but i cant get past the fact that they are essentially working in PJs with flip flops
No son 😊 pijamas , es su vestimenta ✨
Not exactly the preferred way to install bearings🤦♂️ perhaps a length of pipe would be better 🤷♂️
Корпуса двигателей они сами отливают. А откуда роторы и железо статоров? Из БУ двигателей?
И подшипник зубилом он замечательно устанавливает. Трубку подходящего диаметра сложно подобрать?
WOW that was really interesting 😱 thanks for the video 😊
I love the video. Great job on the editing. Keep them coming!
Thank you! Will do!
Homeboys are automatons. Modern day indentured servants.
I’m sat in my conservatory watching this sat in a lazy boy on a iPad. Got Stella to drink weed to smoke and take out going cold. Love the first world 🌍
The fact that flip-flops are provided in the metalworking industry is truly astounding.😉
Love the guy with the cloud security tshirt
Youth can stand anything
02:18 I really like the worker's safety shoes, they are really good to wear in case of an accident....
All the comments about safety flip-flops etc., you all need to understand that here in the west, safety rules and equipment in the workplace was never put in place to protect the workers. It is there to protect the owners and management from litigation and huge claims for injury. Because if you don't wear the PPE, you do not get a red cent!!
well said a lot of people roll their eyes when the hear health and safety it's all down to getting insurance to mitigate there exposure to litigation
Levels of Health & Safety reminds me of my contracting days on power stations in the early 80s 😂
So this is how the Egyptians did it.
The most amazing men in the world
Earnest workers but they are at least 100 years behind in safety, processes, and quality.
Elon Musk's new workers he wished he had.
He'll soon be contracting them to build next generation high tech Tesla motors to cut costs!
😮azuuu solo al pulso, Gran trabajo
No-toed safety sandals……that’s quality.
Breathing in all those fumes...
Excellent. Liked and subbed.
Jurandir Soares tabuleiro do.norte ce valeu
Excelente trabalho !
Tudo praticamente manual muito difícil de fazer parabéns
It's funny that most on here only care that they're wearing sandals, who cares. They got skills and seem to be doing fine.
Very good!
👏👏👏
Should be retitled "The Incredibly dangerous manufacturing process of electric motors".
I like the Osha approved steel toed sandals
isnt this production X content?
In this factory you better watch your step.
Playback speed 2x, volume 10%. 👍
They sound like a member of the lollipop guild from the Wizard of Oz . I had it on 2 x as I was reading your comment 👍
Safety officer “how many accidents have you had this year?” Owner “ We havnt had one accident, we only have fatalities here!”
"Well... I wouldn't call them Accidents. We exPECT them and just plan to hire more people!"
Safety flipflops,, protective clothing in the form of a pyjamas,, most impressive is the non existing invisible Safety goggles.
I doubt they have a pay scale, probably only making very little money. But doing very impressive work.
All aluminium, body aluminium, coil aluminium, cooling fan aluminium, fan cover aluminium, wiring box aluminium.
they are casting something, but when they assemble the motor, they use old rusty parts that they spray over, why?
What is the name of this shovel at 1:38 ?
This is a factory?😮
no a playground
won't even give them a cordless drill, DAMN
Love the safety wear 🙈
The best!
Pollution is the key word here
nicely done video. dont use the words incredible or amazing, they are so overused by others
Ok, thanks
😂😂 don’t preach about safety, when you are the problem/reason for the lack of it, 1st world countries want cheap, how do you think thats achieved
Exactly!
Government involvement, safety watchdog involvement, unionization involvement = price increases…
I don't think 1st world countries are buying this crap.
@@danielhumphrey5231 where do you think they are getting it from then?
It is economically unviable to cast metal on this scale in a country that thinks workers getting injured is their responsibility.
Final straw was hitting the bearing with a chisel. How not to make a motor.
It's amazing how they won't spent 25cents on some safety glasses.
ماشا الله
Back breaking, dusty, hard work. "Incredible", yes, but not in the way you mean it.
Flip flops , capri pants and molten metal are not a good combo !
Even wearing flibbity flops in the smelter
How in the world Can he mannage all those wires….
They need eye and ear protection, gloves and boots. Please.
And, and, and unionize, create a safety watchdog, get government involved…
All the reasons “industrialized” countries are expensive!
The exact reason why this is economically unviable in our countries.
They may get the odd burn from spalling metal, but they are sensible enough to know how to avoid metal falling on their toes. Ear protection is over-rated, WW2 vets could still hear after the war, it was only really the artillerymen who suffered. Eye protection would introduce a barrier to direct eye contact with the workpiece, which is the most accurate, and besides when do you ever hear about eyes getting damaged in this kind of work?
My father was a winder at Lincoln electric back in the. Sixties. I seen the machines been there 36 years. That's horrible that AMERICANS BUY THAT SHIT
There are millions of people looking for work here. When one gets hurt another takes their place.
Cast Iron and Water? bad Idee!
Traurig unter was für Umständen die dort arbeiten müssen 😢 ich sehe da so viel was die Gesundheit kaputt macht……der Arbeitgeber sollte sich schämen 🫢
Huh! Who needs safety footwear anyway. 🥾🥾🥾
Every time I watch these videos and see the working conditions and equipment these men work with (and you probably make more in a week than they do in a year), my nads crawl up in my belly. But then again, I don't know of ANY red blooded American male here in the US who would work for that pay and in those conditions. So, next time you need a new pool motor or A/C blower motor don't complain about the cost, because these guys are making squat and working in places for peanuts all so the company can make big bucks. I am going to assume that their life expectancy is not very long and their health issues are more than plentiful.
Sad foot note, this is how the American manufacturing was years and years ago, before OSHA and EPA and labor laws. No we just farm it out to third world countries so business execs make their millions.
OHSA would have a major stroke if they came to this death trap!!!
Some people act as if, during the 800 years of casting heavy items, just because it was only common to wear steely toes in Western countries in the last 30 years or so, for the other 770 years everyone was getting toes crushed on a daily basis.
People are actually quite intelligent. Even in these places where sandals are worn, the vast majority of workers will get through thier entire career without ever seeing anyone get injured by something falling on thier foot.
Only until the government gets involved and thinks they know how to run things until things go south. OSHA , FEMA and all 3 lettered federal entities.
poor guy doesn't even have shoes or boots. not even flip flops. sad
Finally, a few people that don't wear that stupid long shirt that looks like a dress.
Can you imagine the cancers and smashed feet they get you notice no older dudes in the video
I don't like this type of vídeos. Always showing the same: SWEATSHOPS, VERY CHEAP LABOR, NO PROTECCIÓN, FOR SURE NO BENEFITS ALL THESE SITUATIONS DONE BY A FEW RICH PEOPLE ABUSING OFTHE SKILS IF THESE POOR PEOPLE, MOST OF THEM FROM INDIA, PAKISTÁN, SRI LANKA. QUESTION: WHAT DOES THE GOVERNMENT DO IN THESE CASES? NIL. ONE DAY THEY WILL GIVE ACCOUNT TO GOD FOR THESES ABUSES. FROM MIAMI
They use every casting no matter the number of defects? Yikes.
It’s the Boeing way.
Nothing incredible about this manufacturing process , in fact it is very primitive compared to a modern factory.
Bad Quality
Do away with Osha and America can back to manufacture
the motor is brand new and it looks like crap. there's a huge hole in the base plate cover. what the heck?
So sad to see this level of safety
