This is so good. The key isn't to give 0 fucks about anything; rather, to have as many fucks as possible, yet to extremely selective with where you're allocating those fucks, making sure they're directed strictly towards the things that serve your values and ambitions. It's actually quite healthy to care about what other people think; but who those people are, and the specific domain they can help you in, needs to be extremely carefully thought through
Similarly, being 'free' is not about the abscence of a rulebook and authority, but about having your own (e.g. having strict habits that let you realise your potential, and ideally getting rid of anything that doesn't)
