I basically got carried throughout dragonspine when i was a low level player. A high level player joined me for co-op almost everyday. It was so efficient. They beat those big ruin guards, Cryo Lawachurl and other annoying enemies for me. They didn't complain or anything and guided me. I was having such a good time until one day, i accidentally unlocked a quest which prohibited me from doing co-op. It was some sort of puzzle. I ghosted that quest for months bcz i was out of brain juice. This is how, my high level player and i lost touch. Now, I'm AR 50 and i'm prioritizing farming materials and artifacts so, i don't do much co-op.

It’s so fun helping new players to new areas. I swear it’s so wholesome. I was in co op with another older player and we showed the new player the way to Liyue. When we got to the top of the hill they freaked out because it was so pretty. I remember saying “you’ll love it here.” At the top of the hill. And they said “I already do.” It was so wholesome, things like that make up for every toxic experience.
Oh man. This takes me back, awhile ago I joined someone's world. They're AR21-ish?? They told me they're piloting their sister's account (mobile) bcs they're banned from their own PC (where they have their account). I asked if they needed help with bosses but they're just exploring so I helped with chests and stuff. Their own account wasn't all that high either, said around AR35. I was AR45. We ended up running around liyue and I helped unlocking the floating adeptus place above a waypoint. They're speechless. We stayed in that place for a while and just chatting and taking pictures. They haven't unlocked that place either in their account so they're going to do that once they can have their PC back after exam week. Sadly I haven't been able to catch them online lately. Me being busy and online at the worst of times :")
When I was low AR I was actually very scared of letting people in, but after that Ayato, Zhongli and Xiao mains join me to help me farm for 3hours straight I became confident. People with higher AR level are so nice! I personally love to help starters, even if I’m not that high AR level yet (AR 39)
So nice of you. I joined to help people sometimes too. I still can do. But some people aren't much grateful, polite or it seems to so, maybe their English isn't just good, who knows?! But it's tiring like this, you don't enjoy it. And I understood that it's better to join people with your world level.
I hated when people came into my world and asked for help, it made me feel like they were trying to say: you're ass at the game so let me feel better with myself and let me help
as an AR 25 noelle pfp/main i am kinda angry at people. EVERY SINGLE TIME I JOIN AN AR 20 PERSON THEY JUST DECLINE CUS THEY THINK I AM WEAK WHEN I CAN LITERALLY TWO SHOT EVERYTHING
There was this challenge in the cavern where you fight three abyss mage. I wasn't able to defeat them coz I always freeze and then this Zhongli came he asked for the flowers to ascend sucrose while I was preparing to fight again. Then he asked if I needed help, so I said can you help me beat this challenge. My man literally just one shot everything while I just stand there trying to climb his pillar. Zhongli then add me as a friend so every now and then he would hop into my world even if I'm just trying to get the condensed resin recipe and we would just run around killing anything but boses🤣
I have similar story. I was AR20 or lower when a venti main helped me with dragonspine. Every now and then they helped me with quests and stuff. Added me as friend. Sadly they have been offline for a month now. I missed them :(
Love how the archons are the ones helping us. 😭😭 For me when i was at ar 20-25 or sumn, a raiden main joined my world, helped me with whatever i needed help with for 2 hours straight. Congratulated me every time i killed an enemy and said that I'm doing good DMG even tho it was like 100dmg per hit, added me to their friends list and now we are good buddies. Haven't been able to play with them for a while cause we both are busy but hopefully we will get to catch-up with eachother soon.
Back when I was ar 16 or 17 i think this chongyun main joined me and they were probably like ar 56 and i was amazed at their damage. When we unlocked chests i thought they could take it too so i just sometimes waited for awhile to see if they wanted the chest because i felt bad taking it when they did all the work, untill they told me you can’t take chests in another player’s world. It was a bit ackward but funny tho, i haven’t talked to them for maybe a year now so i think this is a good reminder for me to catch up with them
Lmao same with me with the boar boss in dragonspine he always takes me there and I always don't get the drops cuz I always thought one player can take drops until one day I asked if the mob drops can be claimed by the other lol

Ok so, my dad started Genshin like two weeks ago, so when he was ar 16, I came into this world and I finally felt like a god one shooting the enemies (I’m a Venti main 😎, I really was a god at this point 👌🏽)
I didn't co-op until I was like- ar 48+ or something because i feared people would be toxic to me and just laugh at my 9 damage T^T (and i wasn't allowed to but now I am) Now, I learned that Genshin Community is weird, strange, and odd but they are very 🌟 wholesome 🌟
Just today I did my first ever coop game, and gotta say I also thougth the same thing (and that they where going to steal stuff from the world) but I was surprised at how nice people actually are

This one really kind AR 55 player helped me a lot when I was stuck at level 16 lol. I'm level 22 rn and struggling to get to 23 but I really do appreciate all of the higher AR levels going to help the newer players :D. I really wanna be the player who helps other people some day lol

Lol I was guilty of declining when I was a newbie... part of it was social anxiety. I was worried that people would laugh at my skill and damage (before I realised that this game requires barely any skills...). Also, for some reason people kept trying to join when I'm trying to start a quest/in the middle of a fight.

i had two of my buddies help me out exploring back in AR12. one took venti for the air glide help, other took zhongli for those pillars to get culous, etc.
Back then when i was level 16 I got so many co-op requests But i thought I will disappoint them so i just Didn't Allow anyone to join my co-op I did everything by myself Unlocking the statues, Getting everything, Exploration, There was one time where i cried for not getting Kokomi on her first banner, because i was in love with her ofc And lost to Jean. Then one day a Kokomi main Requested to join my world they were my first friend and First random co-op Friend To help me with everything They were so nice that i still thank them For showing Kokomi and helping me for what i couldn't do, Now i have Kokomi and They were the first person to Know i got her :) on her rerun
I made the same thing for an ar 15 (i was ar 55). I defeated every single boss for him before he could even do damage. After 3 months now he is ar 53 and we are good friends. I am really happy i helped him because hes so funny and we also do many funny things when we ran out of resin. 👍Help low ar pp. You never know when this person can become ur best partner. 😄

When I was ar20 two people with much higher levels joined me and helped me out a lot, one showed me a bunch of different hidden chests and the other helped me finish my commissions and a quest. I was seriously grateful and told myself when I got somewhere as high as them I’d do the same 😭
I remember used to get carried by 2 ppl that is Ar 58 i say that tysm for helping and they say "yw, one day you will become like us and help other low ar :)" and yeah i am Ar 50+ now and i love helping other low player They even helped me farming primogems for diona and i ended up getting diona i was so happy that time..till now i still main diona shes my dps main :>
I remember doing this. I was helping a low AR get to Qingce Village because they needed Glazed Lillies. It took like 30 minutes to do since it was so far away but we eventually made it!

I still remember my lower AR days where I suffered through the world quests alone because I was too scared to coop. In The Mountain quests specifically, made me want to cry. It wasn't until AR35 or something that I finally plucked the courage to venture into Dragonspine again, this time with Diluc and Zhongli, those two carried me. 😂😂
This is how my fear of coop started. Like when I was on lower AR I accepted every coop request and they ended up like doing everything in dragonspine quests while I was there freezing and they were talking about me on chat and my introverted self just decided to reject everyone in spite of their intentions to actually help. I don’t even communicate on chat every windtrace event like I only do it for the rewards and never to have fun because of that fear. 😢
"you used your ULT on a little bat?! OMG you really do not know how to play" Sounds coming from someone who got carried all the way while he's low AR. if you're low AR, you use your ULT, most of the time, on everything. It saves you time.

I really love helping lowest rank players, but sometimes thing can go out of the comfort zone. Like one time a Childe main, the only thing I remember about them, ask me to marry him, I refuse and he tries to convince me for like a week until I un friend him 🌝. Now I’m a little scared of Childe mains lol
I never join low ar players because I’ll feel bad if I kill everything it’s like I’m not letting them play and enjoy on their own, but after reading some comments I see many people don’t mind. I hope I can join others and play together!
I have a fried that helped me since AR 16 , it has been 3 days and i am now 21. I plan on following her legacy because of the kindness and the caring feeling it gave me
when i was still new i hated everything about co-ops but accepted join requests anyway. didnt want to hurt their feelings by rejecting so i just let them put me through agony until theyre satisfied ruining my gaming experience. now a bored high AR, i only join low level players that explicitly say they want help according to their signatures

My god complex was hitting hard, when i helped my lower AR friend to explore and build her characters. I've never felt such power. Now we have build her archons and the tables have been turned. The teacher has become the student.
I was so grateful to that one player who got me through some ruin guards in monstadt, if that player didn't dedicated his/her time showing the chests around, I still probably didn't 100% exploration monstadt
Honestly as a new player I’m always super grateful to higher lvl players that log onto my world and help me with stuff! I swear I’ve met some of the nicest people ever that way One person even volunteered to help me through In The Mountains in Dragonspire (I asked them to help me with part of it, and they asked if they could tag along for the rest). Lol it legitimately took us like two hours running around not knowing where to go and having problems with scarlet quartz not respawing, but we got through it and honestly I don't think I could've done it without them! I was super thankful! But yeah overall as a new player I’m always super grateful when older players come on and help me with stuff! Honestly probably going to pay it forward and help newer players myself when I get stronger/better at the game

I remember doing this. I was helping a low AR get to Qingce Village because they needed Glazed Lillies. It took like 30 minutes to do since it was so far away but we eventually made it!

I still remember my lower AR days where I suffered through the world quests alone because I was too scared to coop. In The Mountain quests specifically, made me want to cry. It wasn't until AR35 or something that I finally plucked the courage to venture into Dragonspine again, this time with Diluc and Zhongli, those two carried me. 😂😂
This is how my fear of coop started. Like when I was on lower AR I accepted every coop request and they ended up like doing everything in dragonspine quests while I was there freezing and they were talking about me on chat and my introverted self just decided to reject everyone in spite of their intentions to actually help. I don’t even communicate on chat every windtrace event like I only do it for the rewards and never to have fun because of that fear. 😢

if you're low AR, you use your ULT, most of the time, on everything. It saves you time.

I never join low ar players because I’ll feel bad if I kill everything it’s like I’m not letting them play and enjoy on their own, but after reading some comments I see many people don’t mind. I hope I can join others and play together!

when i was still new i hated everything about co-ops but accepted join requests anyway. didnt want to hurt their feelings by rejecting so i just let them put me through agony until theyre satisfied ruining my gaming experience. now a bored high AR, i only join low level players that explicitly say they want help according to their signatures

When I was around at 50 a player hop in to my world asking if I need any help, when we failed to kill the pyro hypothesis they raged quit and left
when I was a low ar player, I don’t let anyone join to help me. I usually like to do things myself then let someone carry just for me. even now

Honestly as a new player I’m always super grateful to higher lvl players that log onto my world and help me with stuff! I swear I’ve met some of the nicest people ever that way
One person even volunteered to help me through In The Mountains in Dragonspire (I asked them to help me with part of it, and they asked if they could tag along for the rest). Lol it legitimately took us like two hours running around not knowing where to go and having problems with scarlet quartz not respawing, but we got through it and honestly I don't think I could've done it without them! I was super thankful!
But yeah overall as a new player I’m always super grateful when older players come on and help me with stuff! Honestly probably going to pay it forward and help newer players myself when I get stronger/better at the game
