Another very useful video for someone like me who can't afford expensive studio lights. 🙂 One question: why didn't you use "Content aware fill" to remove the element from the background, instead of the "Patch tool"? Thanks a lot.

It's just personal preference, you can use Content aware fill to do the same thing.
