      Not too soon though, we don't want what happened to Allan Webb to happen to Justyn.

      Jordan Shaw That's a jog.

      jhoncena1111 yeah, 3:40 mile pace is a jog...

    • @jhoncena1111
      @jhoncena1111 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Keepyupy This isn't a mile...Anyways I was referring to a 55 400m as a jog.

    • @Obsideus999
      @Obsideus999 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think they're saying 55 held for four laps would be a 3:40 mile. So the pace for the last 400 was technically at 3:40 pace.

      @jhoncena1111 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jonny Khammanivong I'm saying the pace of a 3:40 mile for 1 lap is easy.

    It hurts to watch guys with long, slow strides. Knight's stride rate is perfection. Short and quick turnover with no wasted movement.

    • @admon3611
      @admon3611 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      travz21 mo Farah dominates your perfect stride runner any day with his slow stride. Myopic American.

    • @travz21
      @travz21 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      How'd Mo do in the London Marathon though? Could have won with a more efficient stride rate.

    • @travz21
      @travz21 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      And Knight is Canadian...

    • @admon3611
      @admon3611 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      travz21 lol myopic American, you're so narrow minded you only think short stride is efficient, if reality doesn't fit your stupidityy you make up alternative facts, americans are laughable. Lol.

    • @admon3611
      @admon3611 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      BTW Knight actually has a long stride, but a myopic American like you would point out a non fact and make it an alternative fact to fit your myopia. Lol.
      He not only covers at least two meters per step which is what mo averages but he has a high cadence unlike the 'efficient" short striders who came behind him. You see he is able to match their cadence but he has a slightly longer stride and covers more distance when he pushes off his backfoot. Lol.

    How can that Crease guy (guy who was leading for a bit who had facility record) have such thick thighs and be that fast?

      Do you expect skinny people to be fast? Most runners are thick and muscular FYI.

    Shame the pace was too slow early-on for a record. Awesome closing speed by Knight though!
