You are a very good teacher. I’m learning more here than my actual barber school. I’m getting very discouraged cuz all the walk ins want advance students who have been cutting for years and I keep asking all my loved ones to let me practice on them but they say no. I mean it will grow right back. It’s been two months now and I still have yet to cut someone’s hair and mannequins heads are so expensive.
Just stick with it, barber school was a grind for sure. Just keep watching a ton of different videos from different barbers, and grab every head you can, young or old. Appreciate the support and feedback. You got this!

Hey bro love the content, I think I never made a commment here on TH-cam but if you allow me, as a barber myself I deal with a lot of curly hair and if you want to keep the hair as curly as possible you shouldn’t point cut it or else you end up losing volume and instead of curls you get a frizzy hair, also when you styling the hair before using the difusor you should put some leave in cream to help maintain the curls, i think that you should try that just for once so you can see the difference, I’m not trying to act superior or anything just trying to help for future cuts, thanks for the knowledge as well keep the great work 🤙🏾🤙🏾

What’s up Phil, I wanna ask. Why don’t you use the half attack system for all your cuts? I’ve been trying to find more videos on it but it doesn’t seem like you have plenty.
I still use it from time to time. I never seem to cut each hair cut exactly the same as the last cut lol.

I would suggest the Rebel, or cordless senior. You can also use the Alpha or Magic Clip, but those may have a little less power than the first two mentioned
