I was sick of mine growing so tall so now I chop them to make a bushy plant. I mix different varieties into the same pot too and it looks incredible - I call the pots my ‘mixed syngonium salad’ 😂
I just purchased my first syngonium frosted heart 💚 and I love it too! Oh and i will be putting it in leca with a mosspole. Wow that Mojito is gorgeous 😍 💚💚
I love Syngoniums. They’re easy to grow but I have to chop every 3 months. It’s one of my OG. I have mind growing in layers of Pon, Soil/Leca and Aroid Mix Soilless. 12 diff types in a Lechuza Pot. I never change the growing medium because it keeps growing and growing. Appr 10 years. Gorgeous. Love this plant but sometimes the maintenance is like a Chore. Foliage Pro. It’s just Gorgeous. I’m June in The Junegle 27 plants USA 🪴Happy Planting🌿
I bought my first syngonium yesterday - Syngonium Confetti. It’s tiny and I transferred it to leca straight away. I didn’t know it would need a moss pole but I think that will be a long time away!
Defntly put the Red Spot Tricolour on a pole! I have all of mine (except the Pixie) on a moss pole and they look amazing. WOW! DIdn't know the Confetti Tricolour existed....very cool😎 AS for stalking, yes it's annoying so what i do is cut the long bits, propagate them in your special sauce and add em back to the mother plant for a bushier specimen. Also, to reduce the number of moss poles, I will be (in spring) be creating a couple of syngonium 'bouquets' on large plastic moss poles. Your Mojito is STUNNING!!!!! How many stems do you have on that moss pole? Way to go Nora!!!!🥰💪
WOW!!! Your Syngonium collection is amazing!!!! I have a few myself. Some do so well, others struggle. My Pink Splash is one of those. It has lost all its leaves and remains a stalk only. I agree the Syngonium - Mojito is beautiful!!!!
Hi Nora. Thanks so much for this video. I love Syngoniums! There’s not a lot of variety in my collection but what I have I’m happy with. Just love those long twirly roots, two of mine are at least 50-60cm long. My confetti doesn’t seem to be happy in leca but I’ll leave it there to see if it settles in. Also, no moss poles in my home, I’ll be chopping off when vines grow.
When you put them in bigger containers, do you have to destroy the current container to avoid breaking the long roots? Or are you able to pull the long root back through the holes in the pot? Love your content!
Such a beautiful syngonium collection Nora! I totally agree understand what you said about moss poles; they’re really essential for philos if you want Hugh leaves. However, every genus from Hoyas to cacti think we’re going to provide them with moss poles…SMH😄
I just moved my Syngoniums to water with stone and they seem happy there. I love all of yours so pretty! I don’t want to put them on moss poles I much prefer bushy and short, but how do you do that I am not sure.
Did you ever experience it reverting? I picked up a clearance mojito from Bunnings and wondering if I should just trim off the large reverted leaves or do chop and prop.
Another wonderful collection. Can you advise where you get some of these beauties? I manage to get most from Bunnings and collectors corner but even then the choices are limited.
Hello, check out this playlist that shows how I do it. Thanks Putting leca plants on moss pole: th-cam.com/play/PLjZ0p9mB4l9einP6Lvz0oDHaztA9Q41mg.html
Newly subscribed here. I just adore you Nora. How you speak, great information and overall relatable. I’m brand new to plants at 42yrs. You make plant care so easy. I definitely will try leca. I was searching online for root zone or large bottles of foliage focus. Many of their products have been sold out but I’ll check back. Are there any other fertilizer brands I should try for semi-hydro? My concern is tropical plants. It’s not humid where I’m at and a bit colder (the Pacific Northwest area of the USA). I don’t intend to use a humidifier or a grow tent due to space. Do you have any recommendations for my situation? Keep up the good work and I hope you reach 100k subscribers soon! 🌵🌵🙏🙏
I have contacted the US distributor is find out if there is a stock issue. I have not heard anything about them not having stock though. I will keep you posted!
I have just got feedback from Planthaul. They are indeed out of stock but are getting a shipment at the end of the month so you do not have too long to wait.
@@TheLecaQueen OMG thank you so much for information & follow up. My plants have done well & I am too scared to change it up at the point. Thanks again

What can you do indeed!!!

Thank you so much 💓
They are vining plants. I crop the vines and make bushy plants. For a color leaf plant that doesn't vine try out Caladiums or Colocasia plants.

Love your channel 😍
Thank you so much!!
I love my milk confetti. She’s going on a moss pole tomorrow. I don’t mind them. It’s just vertical space. They look amazing growing up, up, up 😅

Generally they come out of the pot pretty easily, sometimes not so easily but then a bit of elbow grease does the job.

I have not no, but then some plants just don't have great variegation to begin with.
Another wonderful collection.
Can you advise where you get some of these beauties?

Hello I’m new😊how do you first plant 🌱 in a moss pole ? Thank you 😊

You’ve got to be brave for us! You can’t be over moss poles!
So over them honestly 🙄 😒
HELP....is it just me, or is it getting harder to find the Growth Technology Foliage Focus???? What do you use as an alternative? Thanks for your help
