The name of this video should have been, 'How to reheat a pizza using a pizza stone'. Everybody doesn't have a stone and this would have saved a lot of time.
Yikes. If you’re just doing a slice or two, put it in a cold skillet, slap a lid on it, and set the burner to low (I use 3 on my electric range for comparison). In 10-ish minutes, it’ll be as good as new. It’s the same idea as what you’re doing here, but you’re not running your oven for a dang hour to reheat one slice. The key is to keep the heat low so the bottom doesn’t overcook before the rest is heated through. It works equally well for thin crust and Detroit style.
I do not yet, but make a really good tomato pie, which is a cheeseless pizza from the Wilmington/Philly area. I'm sure I could pick up some vegan cheese. Stop by some time :)
Stones are a great tool to have, but you can also put a steel pan in the oven while the oven is preheating and put your pizza on that. When the oven is heated to 500+ degrees, put your pizzas slices on the pan, this will also crisp up the bottom of your pizza almost as good as a stone.

Thank you for the tip. Pizza cheers! 🍕
By heating the pizza stone for an hour, do you mean from cold or the hour begins once 550 is reached?
Just an hour should be fine. Usually 45 minutes is enough, but an hour is good amount of time to be safe.
I love all your pepperoni pizza videos keep making more
Thanks, I definitely will!
Looks soooo good.
Do you make a vegan pizza?? Or dairy free cheese ? I'm lactose intolerant :(

OK, so you need a pizza stone. Maybe you might wanna mention that.
Do it in a skillet on the stove...TRUST ME. 2 Minutes also.

Not very helpful for those who don’t have a pizza stone…
