Got one for my 4Runner to use with the Luno air mattress. Great product and fit and finish are great. No complaints from me. I also find the little bit of storage you get underneath it is a great place to stuff some tools, my Trasharoo (when not in use) or a blanket. The platform sits in my cargo tray too, so the carpet is still protected/kept clean from dirty or sandy stuff. Not an inexpensive product, but it doesn't disappoint.

Can the rear seats fold back up without a problem or do you have to disassemble first?

Ya we tested it with the seats folded and upright and the platform does not interfere in any way
