Here is some philosophy from my side. I mean I tried to make sense. There is no real concept of god or creator in the MCU. Even though religions might exist. I love how marvel ties stuff to real life experience. Different beings with different powers, different experiences and thus different understandings try to make sense of the creation. It is natural for the powerful beings to assume order and control. Kang is another such being. Probably our reality(I mean like earth 616) should consider ourselves lucky that we got to do and know so much stuff. Imagine the reality of alligator Loki. They are animals and know just one thing, hunt and survive, no scientific advancements and all. (no offense to animals) And that is why our Kang(HE WHO REMAINS) is trying to explain them that even if there is no absolute free will, there is still orderly chaos and we should consider ourselves lucky that we have the ability to protect our universe. And that is the effort made to keep people within a reality safe by not really letting them diverge from a given path. And obviously there is a dilemma here, but then that is the beauty. Coz probably no one really knows the real truth about reality. But now since Sylvie didn’t think about this so we are fucked up!!!!

Loki was the perfect character to lead into this. He's the God of Mischief, but in a lot of old Norse myths, he's also the God of Chaos. Of course Loki (and his Variant Sylvie) would be what ushered in an age of multiversal madness.
In Marvel, the God of Chaos is supposed to be Chthon who gave Wanda a fraction of his own Chaos Magic, it makes Wanda related to him and Chthon actually considers Wanda to be his daughter.
"I've spent so many years peering through time, looking at this exact moment. But I can't see past it. When He Who Remains says he doesn't know what's gonna happen next, it meant he was going to die. He didn't know what was gonna happen next because one cannot look past their own death.
Nathaniel Richards relied on technology but the ancient one did so with magic, which seems tied to the caster. I don't think the same rules applied here, as he was able to extend his life in ways the ancient one struggled to do. He was telling the truth, he didn't know what would happen. You could see how excited he was to finally some mystery during the fight. He could guess what would happen because they are Lokis and would most likely have difference of opinion and betray each other.
What I love about the kiss scene is that you can see Sylvie obviously likes him. But she also has a goal and she was going to finish that goal. I think that what makes that scene the most sad. But it creates great conflict for the characters in season 2.
'He Who Remains' is actually Immortus, the future self of Kang The Conqueror. - Loki and Sylvie inadvertently encountered Kang as Immortus who wanted to know his fate which is unknown to himself and wanted to find out, hence he gave them 2 choices: 1) Take his place - everything will be as is, no war, Immortus will venture onwards to his fate or 2) Kill him - the cycle will repeat. Multiversal War will happen again with Kang becoming Immortus - Renslayer is possibly being manipulated into being Kang's backdoor plan to maintain his road in becoming Immortus then start the choices all over again so it is possible that future Loki seasons is about stopping her to disrupt Kang's grand scheme which may or may not be part of his plan. Thus, something will happen to the other variants in the future movies

He who remains and the TVA kept order. The moment Sylvie killed him, everything started happening always, every moment happening at every moment in some timeline. Sylvie fucked up
I can’t believe they introduced Kang as He Who Remains in this show! Pleasantly surprised and Jonathan Majors was great…this episode cemented Loki as the best marvel studios show so far
I know the comparisons to Doctor Who are played out by now BUT Loki and Sylvie travelling to a place they shouldn't have been able to visit and being greeted by a suspiciously cheerful and vaguely sinister hologram was giving me serious "Dark Water" vibes. Apparently a lot of people felt let down by this episode but I enjoyed the slower pace and focus on story over action. Jonathan Majors was absolutely superb and I'm excited to see more of him. Oh and season 2 better give Mobius his bloody jet ski.
Early to the Party! Quick edit! Amazing episode! The start of the new MCU! The thing that struck me the most is Majors’ cadence and delivery. Very dynamic and lively.
Sylvie proved she's a real Loki, though. She betrayed the only person that loved her. She caused endless chaos & pain for personal gain/her selfish mission. And Loki, when he finally becomes a hero and wants to do the right thing, faces rejection, losing everyone who cared for him, and now living in a world that's been rewritten by Kang.
Yeah my heart is broken a bit for Sylvie betraying Loki and him being stranded in a bad timeline. This season was all about him growing close to Mobius and Sylvie and they separated him from both. Damn you writers, this episode is cruel.
I’m so happy this wasn’t all wrapped up with a cute little bow, it ended on absolute chaos just what we expect from Loki himself. I swear I saw the TVA on a rewatch of Ant-man & the Wasp in the Quantum Zome.
When Wanda was hearing Billy & Tommy scream for her help, in the end credit scene of wandavision. The timeline was branching out into chaos. So its safe to say we will probably see both stories continue into Doctor Strange multiverse of madness
Some people seem very confused let me clear things up lol - 1.) Yes we meet Kang in this episode but not Kang the Conquerer because this is not the evil version of Kang that Conquers shit 2.) Loki did not enter a TV from a different Timeline because the TVA doesn’t belong to a time line of universe it exists outside of time which means there can’t be multiple TVA’s just the one. 3.) The reason Mobius and B-15 don’t remember Loki is because when Sylvie killed Kang or “He Who Remains”, she altered the past, present and future meaning everything we’ve seen so far technically hasn’t happened now. 4.) The reason the TVA was still effected even if it didn’t belong to a time line or time doesn’t even exist there is because the TVA was still something created because of the timelines and because the past, present, and future were changed the creation of the TVA was also changed making this an essentially new TVA but the same TVA
The acting from Majors in this SEASON FINALE was simply extraordinary (if you haven't seen Lovecraft Country your doing yourself a disservice) I can't wait for all his variants especially KANG!!!!
I'm going through a bunch of reactors rewatching Loki season1 reactions as I'm gearing up for season 2 (FINALLYYY) and I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your reactions and your post-episode thoughts--nice, well thought, and right in that sweet spot of length! Amazing season finale of this amazing show. Also Vote For Loki. When Mobius asked Loki "who are you?" My heart skipped a beat. I believe this is a different universe and he doesn't know Loki
WandaVision, Captain America and the Winter Soldier, Loki....ALL AMAZING SERIES!! What can top it?! Hawkeye the Series: "Why does this always happen to me..."
Amazing episode! Miss minutes terrified me at 3 am. I loved Jonathon and how he played his character. Can’t wait for season 2. Sad slyvie betrayed him thiughh
NOOOO. How am I late to Late to the Party? ugh! Love your reaction guys. Glad you were as pumped as I was for this finale. The Marvel Multiverse is here and stuff is gonna go down!!
Funny to realize that "Loki" is not so much a story about Loki as it is a story about Kang and the TVA. Still, Loki (played by Hiddleston) is as engaging a POV character as one could ask for.
Initially I wasn't interested in What If cuz it just looked like high quality fanfiction that was unconnected to the MCU, but NOW I must see it to know the damage wrought by Kang!
Maybe wanda hear her children because the branch are broken. As kang said there are multiple version of him and he won and prevent another multiversal war. At the end of wandavision we see wanda reading the darkhold while surrounded with red balls and that red balls might be a different universe or world and then she hear her children calling to her maybe the children are in another different universe since the brance are already broken. Maybe the Dr strange mutliversal of madness are a bunch of multiple evil dr strange and wanda also evil duo dr strange and wanda.
this reminded me of “the wiz” so much! especially when he said i paved the road and you just walked on it.. the guy behind the wiz reminds me of he who remains immensely! if you’ve ever watching that movie, you would know!
He knew what was gonna happen already, to the point where he knew where he was going to get stabbed, right down to the position where he placed the time device he had on his hand so Sylvie could grab it.

Also yes Jonathan Majors was amazing in this episode! Great reaction guys and nice President Loki cosplay!
Okay, but the acting in those emotional scenes was so so good, they killed it!
He who remains and the TVA kept order. The moment Sylvie killed him, everything started happening always, every moment happening at every moment in some timeline. Sylvie fucked up
Another special season, finale and bunch of memories shared with you guys! This was awesome! Can't wait to see season 2 with you!
I can’t believe they introduced Kang as He Who Remains in this show! Pleasantly surprised and Jonathan Majors was great…this episode cemented Loki as the best marvel studios show so far
They really turning MCUs best Villian into MCUs BEST CHARACTER! Empathy Loki needs a HUG!
Thank you all for the love and support!!!💚
Nice seeing you here
Sylvie proved she's a real Loki, though. She betrayed the only person that loved her. She caused endless chaos & pain for personal gain/her selfish mission.
And Loki, when he finally becomes a hero and wants to do the right thing, faces rejection, losing everyone who cared for him, and now living in a world that's been rewritten by Kang.
It's all canon! What if and everything Johnathan Majors is going to kill it as Kang!!
Tobe honest
I Got All Emotional to Loki and Sylvie
Those Onions just got me so much :(
i want more Loki Movie Series.
Yeah my heart is broken a bit for Sylvie betraying Loki and him being stranded in a bad timeline. This season was all about him growing close to Mobius and Sylvie and they separated him from both. Damn you writers, this episode is cruel.
Loki got sent to different timeline
I’m so happy this wasn’t all wrapped up with a cute little bow, it ended on absolute chaos just what we expect from Loki himself.
I swear I saw the TVA on a rewatch of Ant-man & the Wasp in the Quantum Zome.
In my heart:
1. Spider man
2. Loki
3. Croki
Her: "Let it branch"
marvel fans mood
HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
I feel almost the same as I did with Thanos in this. “I understand why you’ve done it, but I understand why they’d want to break free”
I bet the opening scenes was what Loki and sylvie saw when they walked through the portal
Wow!! This show has breaked all the records 🔥💯
When Wanda was hearing Billy & Tommy scream for her help, in the end credit scene of wandavision. The timeline was branching out into chaos. So its safe to say we will probably see both stories continue into Doctor Strange multiverse of madness
Some people seem very confused let me clear things up lol
-
1.) Yes we meet Kang in this episode but not Kang the Conquerer because this is not the evil version of Kang that Conquers shit
2.) Loki did not enter a TV from a different Timeline because the TVA doesn’t belong to a time line of universe it exists outside of time which means there can’t be multiple TVA’s just the one.
For anyone unfamiliar with Kang the Conqueror... he's a big problem. Or i should say, THEY are a big problem.
My heart hurts for loki 💚
Loki’s in an alternate TVA at the end
The acting from Majors in this SEASON FINALE was simply extraordinary (if you haven't seen Lovecraft Country your doing yourself a disservice) I can't wait for all his variants especially KANG!!!!
Ms Minutes is a damn gangster thug
Man I just conjured much more questions with the ending and I'm loving it!
I'm going through a bunch of reactors rewatching Loki season1 reactions as I'm gearing up for season 2 (FINALLYYY) and I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your reactions and your post-episode thoughts--nice, well thought, and right in that sweet spot of length! You guys got a sub from me and I'm looking forward to your reactions for season 2!
This is basically like Thanos' Snap but even bigger
The score for Loki iconic
Love your guys reactions! The only ones that had the same thought as me lol, I thought the ending reminded me a little of planet of the apes as well
So when Wanda heard her kids, were they from another timeline, crashing into ours??!!🤔🤔
Possibly.
We're going to see a lot different versions of Kang in the future. He will be acting differently for each one.
Can't wait to see it!
Amazing season finale of this amazing show. Also Vote For Loki. When Mobius asked Loki "who are you?" My heart skipped a beat. I believe this is a different universe and he doesn't know Loki
I appreciate you guys sticking to your President Loki guns, even after he was quickly defeated by a small gator and a handful of sub-Lokis.
That gator was quite cunning though.
WandaVision, Captain America and the Winter Soldier, Loki....ALL AMAZING SERIES!! What can top it?!
Hawkeye the Series: "Why does this always happen to me..."
Majors is a made man now! Excited for his different variations and how they run throughout the phase.
Amazing episode! Miss minutes terrified me at 3 am. I loved Jonathon and how he played his character. Can’t wait for season 2. Sad slyvie betrayed him thiughh
I hate the fact that Sylvie Ruined Everything but I love how bcoz of her we are getting Multiverse Of madness spiderman etc ❤️🔥😍
who's to say what she did was the wrong thing..
@@Pinkielover Umm, they just showed that in this episode 😂
@@Pinkielover They literally just showed it. There is about to be A LOT of death because she couldn't, as Immortus put it, grow up.
NOOOO. How am I late to Late to the Party? ugh!
Love your reaction guys. Glad you were as pumped as I was for this finale. The Marvel Multiverse is here and stuff is gonna go down!!
Better LATE than never!
I couldn't believe it, AHHH ITS ALREADY HAPPENED!!
Funny to realize that "Loki" is not so much a story about Loki as it is a story about Kang and the TVA. Still, Loki (played by Hiddleston) is as engaging a POV character as one could ask for.
Hopefully they bring in the Rama Tut Kang variant to introduce En Saba Nur aka Apocalypse
The 'What If' animated show looks like it could be interesting!
Vanessa is EVERYTHING.
This is probably the most satisfying mcu cliffhanger ever lmao, prolly better than infinity war
Genius, they just explained Spiderman: No way home and Doctor strange 2. Genius
That "the one" reference 😂😂
All hail Sylvie! For the Glorious Mlutiverse Purpose!
The enthusiasm you two have in your videos always make my day. Keep up the great work!
this reminded me of “the wiz” so much! especially when he said i paved the road and you just walked on it.. the guy behind the wiz reminds me of he who remains immensely! if you’ve ever watching that movie, you would know!
He knew what was gonna happen already, to the point where he knew where he was going to get stabbed, right down to the position where he placed the time device he had on his hand so Sylvie could grab it.
