Just a few things I didn’t like (no home is perfect after all lol). Okay firstly, the cloak room on the ground floor is extremely impractical. Somebody who is on the heavier side will absolutely struggle to get inside. Secondly, the bathroom in the master doesn’t have a door. I don’t like this trend of doorless master bedroom, somethings should be private - even in a marriage! Lol. Otherwise pretty amazing property!
Can you imagine your guest can’t get inside the toilet because it’s a tight squeeze 🫢 this will be humiliating for not only the guest but the home owner as well

This area was a coffee plantation before, when I visited my relatives who live in roseling off runda, we used to go to play and the works working on the farm, the own of the farm sold it very cheap extremely cheap, but had alot of other lands around the area all the way to kitusuru
