@@darkstarsergio I have 32GB, probably because of this it doesn't go above 3733, 3800 starts only with a voltage of 1.62... it's scary and don't need these +\ - +5? fps
maybe some of the drivers were installed incorrectly, you need to reinstall everything manually. Or something with the memory. Or Windows is just playing up. A lot of different factors can give such a bad result

@@telegruposgram I measure statistics using the fps monitor software, and it looks like it has some buggy sensors, because without monitoring 0.1%, 1% does not drop so much and often. In other words, this program itself micro freezes.

yes, because with PBO -30 the PC often crashed into a blue screen

I'm too lazy to do this. I found out that displaying hot spot temperature reduces fps by 0.1%.. but otherwise I'm happy with everything.
