I got sick for a week & slipped up and wasn't able to make it out of bed & my car was indeed towed. I fought it in court and not only was it thrown out by the judge, but management was ordered to pay me 2k including court costs and the towing stipulations in that lease was deemed ILLEGAL by that same judge.
