Arc wants you to move like lightning

Sorry for poor quality it's a Xbox clip, if you notice the flashbang catches both players around the pillar and starts a chain of jolts for me to make me amplified on kill, which then extended the speed and distance of the next melee which jolted to kill.
Combination blow has always been kinda nutty, even before Prismatic.
