- Un'assaggio del viaggio di quest'anno alla Nordschleife, tempo BTG 8.41 ottenuto con Racechrono, 10 secondi più alto del mio best, ma a causa della Evo all'inizio e soprattuto dei 3 giri consecutivi con 35 gradi esterni le gomme non potevano dare di più...gran divertimento comunque, e un grazie a tutti gli amici che mi hanno accompagnato nell'avventura.

Hi! When the video was taken the car was running full exhaust system, custom 2.5 ' direct intake and revo stage 2 engine software, as long as several other modification as big brake kit, lowering springs and many other.
thank you very much for the advice...i noticed my bad hand position once i watched my videos at home...I'll keep it in mind for next track days! ;-)

Hi! In the video i had only eibach lowering springs on stock dcc dampers.... Now i've completely turned the car to track focused... So now i have Bilstein Motorsport multi hydraulic adjustable coilovers, with both helper and race spring, and Bilstein Motorsport camber plates... With this configuration the car does not make the driveshaft touch im Karoussel
Ok thanks again, my car is on stock setup now, and it never touches in the carousel now, also that stock setup is not bad at all for the R version. Another question, how low is your car now, i mean, from center wheel to fender edge?
no beh.. per cominciare.. TANTA ROBA! poi bellissima auto, uguale alla mia bimba.. 2.0 tsi dsg, la mia con rimappatura scarico e altri piccoli ninnoli, in tutto 260 cv.. anche la tua penso si aggiri nei paraggi :)
stavo giusto programmando un pellegrinaggio al nurburg quest'estate e avevo un paio di domande.. che gomme monti? dopo qualche giro com'erano gomme e freni? e qual'è il magico programmino sul telefono? ..ancora complimenti! :D
Hi there, i have a original scirocco R 265 hp with DSG, installed KW variant 2. I went to the nurburgring and in the carousel my drive shaft was touching my support beam...
So the KW Variant 2 is too weak? What lowering do you have installed? Nice driving by the way!

Wow! What sound and what speed! Mod list, please? Seems to have remap (260 bhp?), but sounds also like having a direct intake an maybe downpipe?

nel video la macchina aveva 260 cv turbo e assetto erano di serie...avevo però scarico completo aspirazione e impianto brembo 6 pompanti!
Ok, REVO 2. So maybe around 280-290 bhp :), if the resuklta are similar with REVO 2 to other 2.0TSI I personally know

I don't know exactly... But maybe you suspension setup is too low and in Caroussel's compression your driveshaft is touching the chassis... I've never had this issue!

E i video che non ho pubblicato sono peggio... Alcuni fanno manovre così sconsiderate che rischiano di buttarti fuori pista...
You need to work on your hands' position on the steering wheel. Perhaps also a different driving position might be a good step forward.
