    We have been using cpap machines for many many years. Both my husband and I have used Phillips and Resmed. I was lucky to receive a new Resmed from a company that had many when others had NONE. My husband received this new Resvent and it is such a problem. He has had a terrible time for the last 8 weeks. It will not accommodate his breathing it seems to want to force him to breath in an uncomfortable way. They call just about every day saying there's too much leaking. Never had the before. This leaking went on and on with all the calls saying it was his mask and me saying it was NOT. There was weird breathing I videoed and sent to the company, it was extremely loud, there was the machine shutting off randomly, there was sudden bursts of air causing him to choke. This is a man who has used cpap for many years without a problem. I supervised his mask fitting so I know when a mask leaks. I finally took a look at the hose connection and noticed that when he puts it back on after rinsing he was not lining up the arrows. He uses a heated tube that has power to it for heat. I lined the arrows up while helping him plug in the little power source for the tube and it seems like a different machine. I don't understand what the difference is....its a round hose. Who cares what position it is at, but it DOES make a difference. It has not shut off since while in use. I think Customer Care or Therapy Specialist should learn this machine a little better. We could have avoided 8 weeks of trauma for both of us if they had known the symptoms of a leaky HOSE....( have to comply with so many hours of use or you pay for the machine.) So I think you should show connecting the heated tube to the cpap aligning the arrows because it does not run properly when they are not aligned.

    Great video and explanation of this unit. Just received mine and on my third night. Starting to get a better quality of sleep after a couple decades of averaging 3/4 hours a night. Better late than never I suppose. I digress! Take care and be safe. Thanks again! 😊

    Hey Chris ken here from Ohio we talked before over the phone that one day. I noticed that when the tank is out. I can still adjust the humidifier settings. So something might be wrong with this. Not sure. I think it might have got moist where the tank is. I'm having trouble getting my mask to seal properly. The CPAP works great. The CPAP recorded 3 hours of sleep. It was good sleep. No nap today. My mask fell off in the middle of the night. I slept till 5am which is a long time for me

    wait how did you get to the clinical menu? my basic issue is the air pressue is too high going into my lungs making it very uncomfortable, how do I lower this?

      Hold the ramp button (top) + the primary dial/button (front) together for about five seconds. You will then see the provider menu.

    First off do you breath while you run the mask fit or do you breath like normal. I noticed if I hold my breath. There's a smile face lol

    My mother 77y got and used this machine 4 years ago for few months and stopped... But today she must use it again.
    When we put this machine on the sector (on) it indicates on the screen this message:
    Low battery charge, reports may not be saved
    Yes No
    Please tell me if there's a battery to charge or to change and where?

    Can't find the black cable to hook onto the heated hose. I'm so frustrated that I hate this machine already. Just got 3 days ago and still can't get it to turn on.

    I just bought the ibreeze CPAP. During the initial setup, I entered the wrong date into the system. Now it won’t allow me to adjust the date. I get the message “ Time setting cannot exceed from the last report time” . How can I reset the date? Thanks.
