The motor of the K2 series is not powerful enough to draw water. If you have another model or brand, you have to research to find out if it would work or read some opinions online.
It depends on the stains. If you're looking to clean heavily stained floors, you better get a pressure washer with a rotary cleaner attachment. The rotary surface cleaner is specifically designed for floor cleaning and can save you a lot of time.
